There is no grass except at the end where you can take your dog and kids can play. It has FHU. We stop on way to family going through Texas on 59. I called for spot. I filled out paper and left envelope in box. Only spoke with owner/management via phone and text. We received Passport America discount rate ($18.50). We just needed one night. There is laundry. I looked in but didn’t go in. It looked new and clean.

It’s has what you need for an overnight stay. I used my Passport America so it was $20. Mostly long term rentals. Had a pull-thru site with full hookups. There’s a grassy area at the back for dogs but be careful where you step, there’s dog crap everywhere. Convenient to I-20

We originally were staying near caddo lake about 30 miles away. However after arriving to our previous campsite we went running for the hills and we're able to grab the last spot here at this rv park. The owner was extremely kind and the bathrooms and Laundry facilities were clean and nice. It's a simple park and great for a quick overnight. In our Case it completely saved us. They have a small grass area that's rather pretty to walk your dog. They have funny signs to make you smile too. Overall it was a great stay

Laguna Vista is a gravel RV lot, with not much shade. However, right next to it is the owner's land, with his cows, pond, and beautiful trees. William, the owner, is fantastic. Charming and helpful, and he went out of his way to let us feed the cows, which made for a very fun and unique visit. With Passport America, the rate was 17.50/night, and we've been there twice now - both great visits. Brand new washers/driers in the laundry facility, and great signage.
