“local and organic ingredients”
Owner John LaPlant is a native to the area. Blue Bike uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our beans, rice, gaucamole, tortilla chips, and teas are all organic. Our tortilla shells, cheese, and tortilla chips all are made in Wisconsin. We are Travel Green certified and also purchase renewable energy credits. Using high quality, fresh, and seasonally local ingredients we offer customers something new and different. We hand cut our meats and start with dried beans soaking and marinating them for hours to give you the freshest and best taste possible. Your meal will be assembled right in front of you (unless of course it’s a delivery then you’ll have to take our word for it).
