Florida Caverns RV Resort has a tranquil country like setting along the banks of a crystal clear spring fed river. We are conveniently located off US Highway 90 and Interstate 10 in Marianna, Florida. The resort has almost 1800 feet on the crystal clear, spring fed, historic Merritt’s Mill Pond. The boat ramp and boat docks are always open for our guests. You can fish, dive, snorkel, swim, boat, paddleboard, kayak, tube, lounge, hike, relax, and reunite with nature, on this 22 acre resort with amenities at your fingertips.

Beautiful well kept park with kayak rentals, fishing pole rentals and friendly staff. Garbage is picked up all day long, there is a dog park and a playground. We were lucky to stay in spot 11 that looks right over the lake...absolutely beautiful..request it if you can. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you for the kind hospitality!
