Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on September 28, 2023This is a Great Little Park! It has everything one would need for the stay and the Camp host Larry is wealth of knowledge about the town. The town has a lot for you to see for a couple of days stay. Great Wi-Fi and level sites and clean facilities. Make sure to pop in and stay. I’m not one to write a review but this park deserved one.

Our kind of park! Small, good space between sites, no frills (which we don't use anyway). Our site (10) was level, as a bonus we had a "yard" our little dog loved. The bathrooms were roomy and clean (didn't use), small laundry room the same. Owner was friendly and helpful. He was working on the play area, putting in more toys. Yes there were a couple trains at night, but not bad. Those of you with taller RVs, there is a 13'1" train bridge on the 5, we had a detour through a neighborhood but it was fine. So glad we found this park.

Level concrete site, stayed 2 nights 3 days to see the Disney sites and this campground delivered! Locals were all very kind and owner has very well maintained sites and all sites are 50amp full hookup with wifi and amazing price for services offered.
Only downside is the town has trains whistling all day and night.

I stayed at site 10 for a week, the site was a concrete pad and level. There were several off leash dogs, which presented a bit of a problem because I had to keep an eye out for them and I had to go into a park in town to walk my dog, but that was the only bad thing during my stay and I was able to work around it. The host was very friendly and helpful. The campground is very well-maintained and clean. There are trains running nearby, but the sound was not that bad.

The campground is located in Marceline, and it is a nice walk or bike ride to the town center. The laundry room is well maintained as well as the showers. The only downside is that the WiFi is not reliable, and it cuts out quite a bit.

Only a short distance from hwy 36, tucked back in a subdivision. Except for an occasional train thru the middle of town, it's very quiet, and the sites are decently spaced. Our site was the last one on the right before you start to make the loop, and the nice concrete pad was absolutely level. Nice playground area for the kids. The shaded sites were on the far side of the loop.
The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 was the bathhouse. It seemed old and dated compared to the rest of the campground and not especially clean. There were no hooks or stools to place my towel and clothes so I had to put them on the closed toilet lid. Weird.

We called and left a message later in the evening and they let us stay the night. Very kind of them and we would definitely stay here again when we come through. Most sites are concrete pads, very level with picnic tables, playground available. Looks like
Most if not all are full hook up. We also have T mobile and had full bars. Stop by if you get a chance and stay!
