Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 02, 2021We stayed here for our first time in our first ever RV. We wanted something close to home and this place fit the bill. It was very quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly. This campground is pet friendly as well so we were able to bring out dog with us. All dogs we saw were on a leash and we only heard dogs barking a couple of times. All hookups worked as expected.
The site we had was not very level. Even with leveling blocks, we were still 3 inches low in the front of our back in site.

My family and I just returned from a 4 night RV trip to Sutton Falls campground in Sutton, MA. We chose this campground because of the beautiful lake for swimming on their website, as well as the ability to get a lakefront site without costing a fortune like some places to.
This was our first time to Sutton Falls and the whole reservation process was super easy. the women on the phone who made the reservation were great at helping us choose the right site. Their website does a great job of showing photos of most of the sites.
Upon arrival we were showed an even better entry to the site so we could pull through it which made parking easy. Site 6 was a two-level gravel site which we really liked. It was very level and easy to reach hookups. The bottom level had a nice sitting area with fire ring. Another level down was the lake. We were surprised at the low level of mosquitos being right on the lake. Our only complaint about this site is that it wasn't very private. We were right up against the road so people could see in easily if they wanted. But we also liked how close we were to the clean bathroom station.
WE walked around the park a few times and it is clear there is a lot of seasonal people here that know each other. But everyone was very friendly and things were quiet after dark. We used their boat rentals which were great, and swam in the lake and used the playground. All great facilities. They had a big camp store that sold essential camping gear, food products, clothes, toys, etc... as well as firewood and ice, all at reasonable prices.
Overall a great campsite with fantastic staff. We would highly recommend!

We're new to RVing and were looking for a good intro spot not too far from home. The camp hosts as well as the other staff couldn't have been more helpful with setting up our stay and throughout. Recommended which sites were the largest (due to our inexperience not the size of our rig) and which were pull throughs. When we arrived one of the park staff guided us right out to our site and asked if we needed any help setting up. I declined as I really wanted to get the process down for myself but thought it was a nice touch. The park seemed very clean and well landscaped. Bathrooms were clean and non-touch as much as possible (motion sensor soap dispenser and air hand dryers). We've booked another visit next month to bring the kids and dog. We look forward to visiting again!
ps Didn't really pay much attention to how many bars we had for cell service but we were able to make the calls we needed no problem. There do seem to be some dead spots in the surrounding area if you're touring around.

Stayed here to test out our new-to-us motorhome. Pretty easy to maneuver the grounds in our 34 foot rig although going over the covered bridge felt a little scary and tight. Most other campers were very respectful except the ones that didn't have their dogs on leashes. Not the campground's fault but I wish people would just follow the rules. We also had a neighbor that must've been somewhat deaf and watched TV on high volume until about 3 am. It was unpleasant but after buying some earplugs, I slept ok.
Cell signal on all carriers is bleak where we were, which was a problem because my wife works remotely and dropped a number of calls while we were there. We have hotspots for all carriers and could only get 2 bars on AT&T and 2 bars on Verizon even with our antenna (one bar on each without the antenna). Sprint/T-Mobile was non-existent.
Scenery was really nice though as we were right on the pond. A momma duck and her ducklings were the stars of the campground and we saw some swans too.

This site has a few nice spots on the lake, but with the high number of permanent and seasonal sites it’s more of shantytown. The lady at camp store and check-in was more concerned with our 8 foot retractable leash not being at six foot, than us having a smooth and inviting welcome.

The area is very beautiful, the store is fantastic, the people friendly and quirky and the covered bridge is very cool. I think that the campsites are a bit too close together and many of them are committed year over year - meaning people have built on porches, etc. The 'beach' is very small and really just an area that some sand was put down on. I don't think the lake bed was dredged there, but I could be wrong. The electric was reliable and we didn't use the water - and the wifi was great. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, it's pretty good. But it may feel a little under-invested in if you are used to something higher end.
