Encore Winter Quarters Pasco

Part of the Thousand Trails network so our cost for this stay was zero. Nice park with a good number of park models permanently in place but all nice looking and well maintained. Good laundry room up front and the machine take quarters or will let you pay with a phone app. Free WiFi in the clubhouse.

Update: There is an option for wireless internet. You will need some sort of Wifi booster for most spots. The park has Jabba Communications as their provider. 2.4 GHZ service. You can pay by the day, week or month.

The park is well maintained, including the laundry, restrooms and pool. The sites are somewhat close together, but not on top of each other. It is a tight fit for larger rigs to get into the sites. We have a 25 ft camper, and it was tough to back up into the spot, since the roads are narrow. WiFi is available for purchase, and it's not terribly expensive. Overall we loved the campground.

This park was in a convenient location, which unfortunately means that the road noise from the main road it's located on is pretty loud. Also, if you will be turning left into the park, you will be making an unprotected left across that main road, because there is no light. It seems like about 75% of the people in the park are living here full time, but all of their sites seem well kept. The sites are pretty level, we only took half an inch side to side to get level. Make sure you have at least 20ft of sewer hose, all the utilities are well behind your rig. For the price, I would have expected complementary park wifi, but that costs additional.
