Friendly staff, clean facilities, nicely treed, well maintained grounds, and paved spots. Everything you need right off I20.
What a great RV Park, restrooms and laundry room were exceptionally clean. Extremely modern facilities with updated tiling in bathroom and a tv in the laundry room along with several books to help kill time.
Didn't get to checkout the pool but grounds were tidy and well kept. Would stay here again
People are friendly, it's quiet, sites are concrete and have room between neighbors, lots of grass and trees, big rig friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Picnic table provided.

Lovely long, level pull through pads with concrete parking pads for overnighters. Nice access to hook-ups and cable is included (hello morning talk shows!)
Very friendly folks running the place.
No campfires. Seasonal pool.
Very quiet, extremely clean.
Not a whole heck of a lot nearby - or even 'sort of' nearby.. but there is a Whataburger within 10 minutes. (We love Whataburger)
Free Tengo (see: terrible) internet for up to 4 devices for 1 week.

This park is a couple of miles from I-20. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This is a nicely laid out park with staggered sites. There is decent spacing between sites with some grass and small trees. Sites are long and level and navigation through the park was easy. There are mostly long term residents with a few open sites for over night guests. All is neat and clean. We were sitting outside when a nice gentlemen came along spraying for ants. We never saw any ants so it much be working – a plus! I didn’t use the laundromat but there appeared to be quite a few washer and dryers, and it looked very clean. Tengointernet is their internet of choice. Sigh. However, it worked ok even though it stalled out a few times. Directv satellite worked fine as did Verizon. They have cable too. The only ding was the surprising amount of traffic on FM 2011 even at night – loud tricked up cars and trucks that were quite noisy. If it hadn’t been for that, it would have been a peaceful visit. We were parked up near the front.

This park is well designed and laid out. Absolutely beautiful. Sites are cement and level. Smart landscape. Lots of washers and dryers. The park is close to Hwy 10 but far enough away to be quiet. There is a wedding venue attached to the park and seems to be fully booked. Very fast internet/ WiFi. This place is clean and well kept.
