They do drive cattle on this property so you’ll have to watch for the cow pies. Good strong T-Mobile cell service in this location. Perfect for digital nomads looking to get some work done.
Only a few miles away from St. George Utah which has all the conveniences including a Walmart.
You will hear road noise from interstate 15 but it didn’t bother me.

Really easy boondock right off I-15 in Nevada - entrance is right off over pass and once in there was hard packed level gravel road. Verizon was a good signal and the area is quiet. Would recommend - Please help pick up the litter those that felt it necessary to leave behind.

Easy access from/to interstate. All dirt, so be careful of potholes, and if rain, or wet, be real careful. Semi’s also use this area, so we pulled towards back. But, if small rig, could get further from main area. Nothing fancy, just a big dirt space.

it was a good place for my size rig. you do need to watch out for some big dips in parking lot. otherwise, more level than not. when I arrived the more private spots away from the lot were full, so we parked off to the side of the large open lot. the volume of traffic/truckers was minimal in the lot. don't stay on the other side of the freeway, because that has a ton of construction traffic moving raw material (super dusty) 24/7. on the 2nd day a handful of locals arrived for the day (until dinner time) for some ATV exploring. they were very considerate and did not speed through the area or tear up the lot. it was very quiet for us during the day and night. sheriff drove through a few times during our 2 days.
on the 2nd day we woke to a heard of cattle roaming by (see picture). not sure who was more curious (millie or the calves). grateful millie didn't yell.
Internet was solid enough to for video calls and streaming Netflix on either tmobile or verizon with no booster.
I would definitely stay here again.

Read the sign as you enter. This is Arizona Recreational use land. You need to buy a permit to camp here for more than one night. It is enforced and if you do not have a permit, you are subject to a ticket for trespassing.

big open gravel lot with some places to pull off also. Nice views. Just off the highway. Truckers pulled off and stay there also. Some road noise but not bad. Someone had left their trash. We would stop here again.

At first it looks like just an area for truckers to pull off, but it’s an awesome, quiet escape from the city. We arrived at dark and were not sure how big the area was so took the first spot we saw. Was a little rough to get backed up on, but if it hadn’t been dark we could have pulled in differently. Woke up the next morning to find so many other campers in all directions but distanced. The area is huge and there are lots of spots for everyone to enjoy. Did not hear any traffic noise. One spot had a fire pit but not all did. Ten minutes into St George. Parked at Crosby Confluence Park one afternoon and highly recommend the trails their for walking and biking along the river.

We pulled into this area on Dec 31 just before sunset and drove back into the area described by another poster where the road curves left and you can continue straight to a campsite. It was shaded by the mountains in the morning and evening, so the next morning we moved further up the hill where we could get more warmth from the sun. The road up to our next site was a little uneven and had some sidehill, but the 5er did fine making it up. We rode our ATVs around the area for a few days that week and found there are a multitude of sites available for anything from tents to big rigs. You choose how far in and how far off the beaten path you want to go. Great place to stay to see all St George has to offer. 20 minutes from center of St. George. You can ride to the Little Black Mountain Petroglyph Site; you can drive to Snow Canyon State Park; you can drive into St. George and ride the Virgin River Bicycle Trail. We stayed here 7 nights.
Stayed here in a 40 foot-long Fifth Wheel (RV).

Stayed here for a week while exploring St George. Access is pretty easy, just follow the main road as it curves left. We tried to go straight but the road gets bad pretty quickly there. Just stick to the main road, there's spurs leading off in every which way and although there were a ton of boondockers here, we were all spread out and there were still plenty of spots left.
Greeted with 3" of snow the morning we left but were still able to make it out.

It’s a convenient location off Hwy 15 close to St. George. Nothing too special. The highway noise isn’t too bad, but an intermittent stream of big rigs use the nearby access road and they are quite disruptive. Fine for a quick stopover while traveling, but wouldn’t stay any longer than necessary
