Hatton Coulee RV Dump Station

This rest area is available from either direction on Highway 24, as well as 395, but the access from 395 is a bit circuitous which is its only ding. There are two dump lanes but only the left hand lane was in use when we were there but there wasn't any other traffic in line. There is rinse water at the dump, but on a push button timer with a cutoff hose so you can rinse your dump hose but NOT flush your tanks.

I was especially pleased to see that the dump area had been sloped to the driver's side which makes it easier to completely dump the grey water in our rig.

Fresh water is available (threaded spigot) as a second station 100' or so beyond the dump station.

Our dog wanted me to note that the Pet Area was terrible. Overgrown scrub is the best that could be said.

Great little rest area with free dump station and shade trees. The truck/RV parking is a little tight and hard to exit with a larger rig.

Easy access about 1 mile off highway. Two dump sites. Free to use.

The outer station water did not work but grateful to have the place to dump what we need to on our final day.

Not too far off the freeway, east in and out. Rest area is clean with lots of shade trees and some area to stretch your legs. No hose fittings for black tank flush.

Great place to dump! Rest area was clean. Two dump stations are available. The dump station on the left did not have working water when we were there, but the one on the right worked great. It’s well lit for a nighttime dump.

Dump station appears to be permanently closed when we arrived

We were able to dump here, so it is not permanently closed as mentioned in a recent review. The potable water was not working, but there was a maintenance gentleman working on fixing it at the time of our visit.

Hand it to Washington for the rest stop dump stations. Would give five stars but no threads on the flush hose. Used a water bandit and all was good.
