Since 1986 it has been the home of Billy's Restaurant. We find the finest ingredients for our diverse menu selsctions. Our entrée specialties include steak, lamb, duck, Veal, seafood and delicious vegitarian dishes. You will take home a memory of fine food, fine wine and excellent service whenever you visit Billy's Restaurant. Named after William Jennings Bryan, the elegant "Noble-Dawes House" located near the Nebraska State Capital Building was built in 1887. The Chautauqua Bar and the dining rooms named for William Jennings Bryan, Charles Dawes and George W. Norris give a fascinating glimpse into a grand era in U.S. History.
