Very nice staff and well cared for park. They offer all the amenities you could need for a short or long term stay. Some really nice features of the park are no dog breed restrictions, super clean park, I often saw staff picking up random bits of trash that gets blown around, the staff is very friendly and always waved and said hi, small playground for the littles, laundry room, clean bathrooms in two areas of the park, large private shower rooms, oh and they have probably the largest dog play area I’ve seen yet. The cons, the road noise and the washers and dryers are expensive and my clothes never came out dry no matter how little I put in.

This is definitely a resort in terms of amenity quality. You won't find gravel anywhere. The sites are all reasonably level (they do a good job of providing cement drives on uneven terrain). They have well-priced propane on site, as well as a legitimately nice playground for kids. Oh, and the dog park is actually pretty nice!
A few things:
1) This place is NOT expensive. You absolute get what you pay for, and their monthly rate (650) is incredibly nice considering the quality of the RV resort, the location, and ease of access.
2) You get highway noise 24/7, but as someone sensitive to noise, I didn't actually find myself bothered at all. I slept well, as well.
3) You're near all sorts of businesses, from REI, Lowes, Cabelas, Home Depot, restaurants, etc... It's a great location.
4) This is not a complaint, but a warning so you understand - Money you give the RV resort is money you'll NEVER get back. They do not do refunds or any sort of prorating. In other words, if you pay for a week and leave half way through, you've lost that money for the half week.
5) They take excellent care of the campground, and they are also watching everything (cameras are everywhere), so abide by the rules and save yourself some stress.
6) The shower and laundry facilities are TOP NOTCH. No questions asked.
The cell service was good, so no worries if you work from home or are looking to stream, you'll be absolutely fine (tested on Verizon and AT&T by a former USMC network guy).

Every spot is immaculate. Staff is friendly, prompt, and helpful. Well positioned for lots of stuff to do in the area. A little spendy, but it is clearly the nicest campground in the area.

You know those RV parks that are good to get some chores done, grocery shop, etc between going to the state/NP? This is one of them. Park is a few years old, good cell service, really long sites & great for big rigs. Many folks live at the park & most sites for short timers seemed to have been pull thrus right in the middle with no privacy. Park staff was friendly & keep the place very clean. Great location to pop over to Idaho. Biggest complaint would be the washers/dryers. For a park so new you’d think they’d have installed twice as many of each & make them credit card enabled. The park also has super high water pressure, which is great & not so great. After a few days we noticed a leak, which ended up being a cracked city water inlet...minor fix (they sell in line regulators at the office) & Spokane Airstream had a replacement part. Use the in line from the get go & hopefully you won’t have any issues.

We were very happy with our stay at Liberty Lake RV Campground while visiting the area. The campground is well maintained and has the largest off-leash area for dogs that I have ever seen at a campground. The entire time we were there we never ran into anybody else using it so it was great. Groceries, gas, Starbucks, etc are quite close and even within walking distance for some.
The check-in process is the most extensive I have ever seen. Signing and acknowledging all kinds of things. I walked out with several papers of fine print and I am sure they now own my firstborn.
The only other odd thing was the pool hours. It is currently on a reservation system where you have to sign up for times in the office. We went to go one morning and the office was closed and the pool was locked so there was no way to sign up or get into the pool. They also close the pool at 6:45 in the evening. This was quite frustrating as the evening hours are when we tend to use the pool the most as it is after we have returned back from our days' activity. The reservation thing I believe is related to COVID, but I am not sure why they close it so early.
But the bottom line is that we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a fairly new park and it still looks like the concrete just dried. So yes it's super clean and groomed within an inch of its life. Uniformed staff and branded everything. The most rules I've seen in seven years full-time. And fines! $10 for any dog poop, $25 for dog seen off leash, etc. I suppose they've had trouble with people not following the rules? Arriving when others do is challenging as the entry is small and not well marked for where you should park while checking in through all the rules and then waiting for the escort.
Staff are super friendly and helpful and aware their rules are an issue. Sites are immaculate with concrete parking and manicured grass. Very little space to park toad in front on back in sites. Pull throughs are huge with room in most for trailer, tow vehicle and additional car. 50 AMP FHUs all work well with easy access and great set up. Open skies at every site.
Pool, play area, dog park, showerhouse, laundry - didn't use any but I'm sure they're very nice.
Some highway noise as it's very close to I-90. This also makes for easy access to the park, and there is a large center medium on the road for waiting for space to pull in for check in.
Close to shopping, eateries, services. Definitely nicer than any park we've seen near Spokane Valley and we'll stay here again.

From making reservations, check in and check out Rachel in the office was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Very easy to find and near great restaurants, golf courses and shopping at Yokes. We felt safe and comfortable in this park. They do a great job to keep it nice. I would totally recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 1 week mid-July 2023.
Pros of the campground - It's a new park with clean grounds, easy to access from the interstate, and convenient for grocery shopping, etc. No problems pulling into the site or leaving. Event center was nice. Relatively quiet area. They have a pool which is a plus with a nice patio around it. Concrete driveway pull through which was long enough for our rig and tow vehicle. Easy and convenient full hook-ups.
Cons of the campground - Incredibly slow wi-fi. No hand soap in the bathrooms that contain the showers. At 10:23 am we asked "when does the pool open?" Response was: "the pool opens at 10". 1 employee indicated they would open it right away. A 2nd staff member replies: "Has the water been tested?" 45 minutes later, the pool was still not open. In addition, there is only 3 parking spaces + 1 handicap space near the office which contains the laundry room / shower & bathrooms/ pool. And apparently the staff use those parking spots too as they were always full. Dirty showers. Plus, good luck showering as the water automatically turns off after 25 seconds and you will need to push the button to restart the water. Very inconvenient and makes the showering process much harder. Stainless steel sinks with paper towels just stacked on the side of the sink which inevitably get soaked. Laundry is $3.25 per wash load / drier will absolutely will not dry your clothes in one round and that costs $3.25 as well. There were a couple of questionable RV's and occupants of those RV's.
We feel we paid a premium rate to stay here and expected a much different experience for the amount we paid.
We feel like this park could have a really good thing going if they made some very minor adjustments. We've stayed at RV Parks that are better thought out for the end user. This park is designed strictly for staff convenience and not patron convenience (in our opinion).

The low rating is based on value for the money. Only one issue, and that was that my power pedestal had the 50 amp wired incorrectly. The 30 amp worked fine and they did get an electrician out the next day to correct the wiring. Nice looking, clean, newer park, close to interstate (Noise). Not much of a camp store, but no need with shopping nearby. 1st couple nights the park was pretty full, then it tapered off.
My wife mentions, they had a lot of rules.
