It is located approximately 16 miles west of Kingsley Dam on Hwy 92 (Gate #14). Omaha Beach offers a small primitive camping area with a shallow, high water, rock boat ramp. The area is a favorite of anglers for early spring catfishing, as soon as the ice is off. It is also a launch point for waterfowl hunters going to the river and mud flats.The trail road to the west leads into the Clear Creek Wildlife Management Area. The Clear Creek WMA lands are managed by the Wildlife Division of the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission.Omaha Beach is the access to the private K-2 Cabin area.
