There are several sites with water views, and you can make reservations online and pick your site. They are in the process of making upgrades to the park - most sites have 50amp but some are 30amp. All sites have water, but no sewer. There's not a whole lot to do in the immediate area, but Knoxville is about 30 minutes away. Several long-term sites as well. Most sites look nice and level, some sites have nice space between them but some sites are close together - it's a bit of a mixed bag. We stayed here in November and there were lots of sites to choose from, but we were told that during the summer it's very popular and hard to get a spot. We would stay here again.

The older section of the campground (sites 1-40) feels like a state park. There is a fairly significant amount of elevation change (including from the loop road into the sites), and sites are somewhat offset to provide better privacy. These sites have 30 amp power, but a few are quite small and would work best for small rigs or vans. Parking in some of the sites could be a little tricky especially because of the curvy loop road and the elevation changes. The bathhouse in the older section is a little too small for the number of sites, with the men's and women's restroom each having only 2 toilets and one shower. Facilities were a little dated but totally functional and clean, and the heated bathrooms were appreciated! The waterfront sites in the older section have much nicer water views, in my opinion. The newer part of the park is much more level, with 50 amp sites that are lined up in parallel with much less privacy. The bathhouse serving the newer area has 4 unisex, lockable rooms that each contain a toilet, sink and shower. We preferred the older section and were very happy with our lovely waterfront site. Staff was visible within the park and very friendly, and the park was quiet and very well-maintained. There was a fairly large contingent of long-term campers; it appears that almost all of the non-waterfront sites were occupied by long-term campers during our visit in April 2018. The waterfront sites seem to be kept available for short-term campers. My favorite sites are 40 (great water view, but close to the boat ramp), 17, and 19 (but beware the long driveway that you must back down). We found the campground to be very quiet, with relatively little activity at the boat ramp, but I can imagine it gets extremely busy during the summer. There are tons of stores (Walmart, Home Depot, Aldi, several grocery stores) along 321 in Lenoir City within 10 minutes from the campground. Tip for hiking: there are trailheads for the East Lakeshore National Recreation Trail to the west of 321, a 5 minute drive from the campground.

We had a friendly booking experience over the phone and easy arrival.
We were welcomed by lots of friendly people that live here long term. We loved our time spent talking with Mr. Estes, a Vietnam Vet, and David, the camp host in our area of the campsite.
Restrooms were very clean and close by most of the sites. There is a beach area where people can rent kayaks, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and more. Seems to be a cool little community. It wasn't busy while we were there on a Sunday night, but my guess is it picks up on the weekends.

We stayed on a site right by the lake. Great views and nice and peaceful. The park was about to be full for the weekend, not sure if that would change the noise level or not. A few permanents. Bath houses were nice, although a hike up the stairs to them if you have mobility issues. Staff very friendly.
Watch the drive out, it's rather narrow at the exit.

Nice campgrounds, easy to get into. We got a back-in site (13) which is next to the lake shore. You can easily park your chair next to the bank and fish away. Pad slopes down towards the lake, a little tricky getting the camper to level out, basically setting the tongue on the gravel, yes, these are gravel pads but crushed gravel, no tire spin at all for my 30ft bumper pull. Nice size sites, plenty of grassy areas to use if needed. It would be great to have another bath/shower facility on this side of the grounds instead of traveling over to the other side. No sewage hookups but they do offer a honey wagon service. Firewood is available to buy.

Beautiful spot right on the Tennessee River. Looking forward to coming back with grandchildren for swimming & renting a pontoon boat. Very nice management.

Although you will need to dump after camping, or pay for the honeywagon service, I'd go here again in a heartbeat. Easy stay, easy navigation within the campground, the road in is a bit narrow. The store is great, pretty we bought ice cream EVERY night. Swimming in the lake, and we even rented a paddle boat and went out and jumped in Lake Tellico! Great time!
ATT LTE was great, that's what we use for business and homeschool, no interruptions. Tmobile was good enough for a phone call, with spotty service the further into the campground you go.

We stayed at Yarberrry August 23-29. The first 4 nights were in spot 89 and the final 3 nights were in spot 64. The location of this campground is close to town and still a short drive to Smokey Mountains. Spot 89 was level( little squishy because of the rain) and overlooked a trail and lake. No shade though. Spot 64 was mostly level and had some shade trees to help with the summer heat. We had planned on staying 6 nights but die to the path of Hurricane Laura, we decided to stay an extra night. It was very easy to extend and we also were able to choose a different spot. We had originally reserved a spot for the final two days that was near the dump. The cap doesn’t close well, so the smell can carry a bit. We enjoyed this campground and location. If you are a water lover, this is a good one to be at.

We stayed one night at this very nice campground. Level gravel site by the lake - nice views. Our son pitched his tent on the site as well. Clean, quiet, nice swimming area. The only downside is no sewer connection (but they have a dump station, plus a honey wagon, for an extra $15). Plenty of room between sites. We’d definitely stay again.
