We spent an overnight here. There is a posted 8 hour limit, but it doesn't seem to be enforced. Large, flat paved lot, with a dump station. The sites were big enough to put out our single slide. On this particular Sunday night, there were no semis overnighting, just RVs.
There is the usual highway noise, plus the train track nearby. 3 or 4 trains went by during the night, and they blow their horn due to the railroad crossing.
Volunteers serve coffee and cookies, for a donation. Verizon coverage is good, and AT&T has a tower up on the adjacent hill, so their signal is spectacular. There are several picnic tables (designated no pets and pets allowed), and grassy areas.
Stopped in late August 2023, great spot, free water and dump. Several overnighters, quiet except from occasional trains. Located along great scenic drive and just a few miles from Leavenworth WA.
