Space Center RV Park has been serving Houston and Galveston for many years. Our RV Park is more like a community than a temporary stay. Our amenities range from WIFI, pool, hot tub, laundry room, game room, community room, free cable TV and much more. Our park is very well constructed and has recently been remodeled. All are bathrooms are for individual use. Our bathroom facilities include shower and full bathroom.We are located off of I-45s on League City exit, just passed Cracker Barrel. Our location is very centered when it comes to attractions. Nothing is too far out of reach for our park. We are located near Galveston, Kemah Board Walk and NASA Space Center.All sites are all bills paid. We have 100+ RV sites with complete service such as water, electricity, sewer, free Wifi and Cable. All sites are concrete. We offer rates for Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Long term guests are welcome.

Okay, admittedly, we only stayed here for a little over 12 hours and it was in the middle of a big Texas thunderstorm, but the sites are tight, looks like quite a few perm residents and water was pooling everywhere. That being said, water, power and septic all worked fine and the park did its job.
Still possibly a decent option for an overnight before visiting the Space Center. For $6 you can bring your rig over to the RV parking area at Johnson in the morning and use it as a base to see all the exhibits. Perfect for families with kids, especially young ones like ours.

So we stayed at this campground because of location only. There are pros and cons. Price is too steep for what you get. Showers were nice and looked newly remodeled. Pool and hot tub clean. Highway noise, cracked concrete pads, and sites were crammed on top of one another. I couldn’t open the door or windows for a breeze because 2 ft away was someone’s dump hose. We paid same amount at an rv resort with spacious pads and tons of amenities on site. People at front desk were very friendly. Would stay again just for the fact that friends live near location.

We stayed here because it was close to the Space Center which we wanted to see. Tight spots, practically on top of your neighbors. Nothing really stands out as awesome, unless you are into freeway noise. The freeway is right next to the park and there's big time road construction going on right now and traffic flow is one way. The park has a teeny sign at the driveway so if you miss it, you're going to have quite a drive to get back around for a second try. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door just before the park's entrance. They do collect your trash every morning!

Camp ground was easy to find. Arrived after 5 and management forgot to put out our packet, but we received an email giving us instructions to our site. )our concrete pull through site was fairly level. All sites are ver very close to each other. Putting awning out is iffy. Close to the Houston Space Center- less than 10 minutes. Mostly long-term residents
