Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on April 11, 2024We are truly enjoying our time at Valley View! Very clean and brand new property. There is a clubhouse with a pool table and ping pong. A gym, a pool with Jacuzzi, and laundry facilities. It was super easy to back-in as the sites are nicely paved. You can hear the fighter jets, which could be a pro or a con, depending on whether you like them or not. We were greeted by friendly and professional staff, and a beautiful view of the valley!

I can’t say enough good things about this resort. The staff are excellent, the sites are large with beautiful grass we were in spot 111 and 116. The amenities are new and clean. We enjoyed the game room, gym and pickle ball. The only negative is the slope of the pull through sites. We had to use 4 leveling blocks. We stayed here 2 weeks and plan to come back.

So many lovely little touches, from the doggie treat and Werther’s Originals in a welcome pack to hosing down the sites when the previous visitors leave, having food trucks visit at dinnertime some nights, and providing a washing machine dedicated just to washing pet beds. There is a “resort” feeling to the campground, and we loved waking up to a mountain view.
Laundry room and restrooms were immaculate, two great pickleball courts, and the campground was quiet at night.
There IS significant fighter-jet noise from the nearby Air Force Base. We enjoyed watching the jets do their maneuvers, but weekday mornings are definitely LOUD as they pass by. Some might be bothered by it, but we grew to look forward to watching them.
Front office staff were exceptional about working around our issue when our auto-level refused to let the jacks down, saying the angle of the site was too steep (most sites do have a real tilt to them). We would stay again, but would request site 121 (ideal!), or one of the lower-level back-in sites.
Starlink worked without a hitch.
We were genuinely sorry to leave.

We stayed two nights on our “shakedown“ first trip in our new trailer. The concrete pad in our site (48) was nearly level front to rear and side to side. Lots of children playing during the day, spring break.

We stayed two nights on our “shakedown” trip after picking up our new trailer. Long pull thru site, the concrete pad was nearly level front to back and side to side. Lots of children playing during the day because of spring break. We would stay here again.

Valley View RV Resort is one of the best if not the best RV park that we have stayed in. It is relatively brand new with level concrete sites, wiggle your toes in grass, beautiful individual shower/bathrooms, laundry facilities, a club house that has great amenities including a gym. We are on our return trip and plan on stopping there again! Thank you from Melanie and Dale Lomax.
