The mission of the Lake County Fairgrounds is to provide facilities for all the events, competitions and entertainment for the Lake County community. Lake County is a rural area which is agriculturally based. Our Fair is the highlight and show case for the communities heritage, talents and interests. Educationally and socially there is something for all age groups throughout the year. The purpose of the Lake County Fairgrounds is to produce the annual County Fair and operate and maintain the fairgrounds indoor and outdoor facilities throughout the year for public and private use.
Price reflects dry camping. For water and electric hook ups, it will cost you $25. Showers are coin operated ($3); there is a change machine. Dump/fill is $5.
It was quiet, a bit dusty. Was able to walk around the grounds including the race track. Deer in the 'front yard.' Multiple loose dogs running around from what appeared to be the locals.

We stopped here for a night in mid October 2018. The previous review from MichelleKry was spot on.

Basically a large parking lot with plenty of space for any size rig. Only $5 to dry camp and $5 to dump and fill water. $25 full hookups. Great for passing through!

I stayed 3 nights and met some fun people. It got fairly windy in Lakeview while I was there. Plenty of large spaces to walk dogs. There was some noise during the day from the rodeo grounds loudspeaker during an event but all quiet at night. There is wireless but it is pretty slow if you can get it at all. I hooked up my directional antenna to get better wifi and could use Netflix.
It is self pay and the envelopes are on the side of the toilet/shower building. The nice thing is you only pay for the amenities you want if any. There are no sewer drains but there is a clean out 100 feet away that costs $5. I'm not sure if that fee is required if you stay overnight but suspect it is.

It’s not an RV resort, but it is a great stop over point and you don’t even have to unnhook! This fairgrounds RV park is located in a large gravel parking lot with several 30 amp pedestals. Easy to read signposts and instructions for self check-in. $5 dry camping, $20 electric only, $25 water/electric. (They also have showers- we didn’t use).Water here as well, but it was shut off (December, 32 degrees!). Dump station at North end of lot for a fee ($5.00 I think). Nice level lot, easy on/ off hwy 140 if traveling through. We’d definitely stay overnight again.

Fairgrounds. Has options for tents and large rigs
$15 for dry camp
$20 for electric only
$25 for full hook up
Shower and toilets there
Has a dump point for $5
All self pay and self check in. Out of maybe 30 sites there was only 3 motorhome a there. Was quite hot though so good to have the power for the aircon
Yes it’s off a road but it’s not busy. I didn’t notice any noise. Probably a 20min walk to Safeway

A quiet spot in the small town of Lakeview. I came here for the $5 dry camping I saw on the site. Dry camping is now $15 a night so I chose to use an electric only site for $5 more. Just a gravel parking area but it's level, quiet and got a good night's rest.

Just stopped for a night. Decided we didn't need any hook ups so we only paid $15 for dry camping in a parking lot.
Nothing fancy but plenty of room to walk your dog if needed. The restrooms are clean but not needed for us. Good safe spot for the night.
