East - Norris Dam State Park

Norris Dam State Park features 19 rustic cabins, which have a kitchenette, bath with shower, electric heaters, A/C, television and fireplace. There are no phones, but there is a pay phone at the entrance to the cabin area. Some have bedrooms separate from the living room, and they all accommodate two to four people. One is pet-friendly, and they are all open from April 15 - October 31. There are also 10 deluxe cabins, featuring 3 bedrooms each, with double beds. They have full linens, a kitchen, connected living and dining areas, color TV, central heat and air, 2 porches, and a grill in the yard. These cabins are open year round and have one pet-friendly unit. Camping is available at two campgrounds, with 25 sites in the east section and 50 in the west. Most sites have tables, grills, electrical and water hookups. There are dumpsites and modern bathhouses, as well as a laundromat. A primitive site is available for scout groups.
