When we got into our room, we found dirty washrag in the dirty tub, an inch of dirt and dust on the bathroom fan, mold on the AC vents and no Blackout curtains only blinds. I spoke to the female Front Desk clerk who made a note but offered nothing to resolve the situation at the time. I even asked for a bleach wipe to clean up the AC myself. It was a Friday night and no other rooms available. Staffing/training is definitely an issue both in housekeeping and Front Desk. The next morning during checkout I asked for a business card for the manager. She flipped through a stack of cards on the desk and said there were no cards for the hotel or manager.
