Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on February 16, 2023We have been here 2 months and will be here through May, at least. We are here for our job but this is an awesome park. most sites are concrete although ours is gravel. Amenities include... full hookups, ours is 50 amp., pool, 2 Club houses, 2 laundry areas, nice showers in both clubhouses. a dog bath and 3 fenced in dog runs, ice machine (.50 a scoop), hot tub and wifi. no cable. back ups to a nice city park. walk out of a gate at the back up the park right into it. there's a big Lake with fishing, a walking track and lots of room to run. close to shopping. No more road noise than most rv parks. easy to get in and out. the office staff is totally awesome and helpful. we pay a monthly rate of 400.00 plus .15 per kw elec., usually around 80 bucks, bc it's hot here and we run the air constantly. very clean well taken care of park. oh and in the back of the park, they have 2 pet goats...

Nature's Own is located just south of the three Kingsville exits along US77. That puts it close to Lowe's, Walmart, and several fast food locations, as well as some local restaurants and the town's Chili's chain establishment. It is also convenient to the Naval Air Station. The park is very nicely maintained with both paved and gravel lots. There appear to be many longer-term residents, but I was able to get a great site for one night - not having made a reservation. The amenities are great with this park, having bath/clubhouses at either end of the park. The back building also has a pet spa, with an elevated bathtub, hosed shower wand, and a hairdryer. Also at the back of the park is a gate leading to a nice community park. The front building has the community's pool, which is nice, clean, and has a gas grill within the area. The front of the park is along US77, so has the usual road noise as that is a main north/south truck route for southern coastal Texas.
This park does not accept plastic, so come with cash, check, or money-order.

If you are coming through to visit King Ranch, this is the perfect stop! It is beautifully maintained with very level mostly pull through sites. Big rig friendly. Most are concrete, a few are gravel. They have tons of amenities...nice pool, laundry, pool tables, hot tub, clubhouse! Super pet friendly with a doggie wash, 3 pet parks, two long dog walk areas, another trail outside the perimeter, AND access to the city park right from the RV park! In a larger city, this park would cost $60-80/ night! So at $40 with good Sam, we felt like it was a good value! We lucked out with a HUGE end unit! However all of the sites are decently spaced for a private park.

Individual bathrooms and showers in one room with. Locked door! Nice cement pull through, Electric Pedestal and water in great condition.
Pool, basic fitness area, laundry, and very helpful friendly family that manages park and is always cleaning.
Price reflects Good Sam discount.
Highway being worked on so turn into park can be a little dangerous. Not parks fault but be careful.
Had some Highway noise as we were up in front of park also NAS Kingsville nearby so some aircraft noise.

This is a very nice park w/in waling distance of city nature park. All the facilities are excellent. BUT they are building a freeway in front of the park. There is no access road at this time. You must make a right angle turn off a very busy highway, where people are driving 70 mph, onto a rutted dirt drive way into the park. It is a dangerous situation. We would not stay here again until the road construction is finished. There is also a lot of noise and dust from the construction.

The park is clean and spacious with an excellent city dog park behind it. We stayed 2 months and had a great time in the area.

We arrive in early afternoon after gps sent us the original way which was impossible because of lots roadwork. Check in was easy site had everything ready and working. After setting up went to the pool to cool down. The pool was not heated so didn’t really stay in there long. Walked down to the hot tub it was 85 degrees in sleep mode.
Took the dog to the city dog park just behind the rv park. He had a great time but got really dirty in the mud. They had a dog wash a the rv park and it was perfect.
