Some shade at most sites, though it isn't much. Good monthly rates, so-so nightly rates, but they do give discounts for almost any group you might belong to.

Stayed here 2 nights. Very pleasant front desk clerk! Nice flat wide pull through lot with a couple of little trees. Sewer hook up was a bit far back but we made it work. Clean laundry and grounds. They seem to run a pretty tight ship. Dog walk is along a fence with easy to pick up gravel. Picnic table in good repair. Quiet at night. Pool was not open and they said it insn't in the winter. It was to cold to swim anyway. Propane and air available. We would return if in the area.

Easy to find place, with lots of room for each trailer or motorhome. The people in the office were very friendly, and helpful with suggestions when I asked about things to look for in the area. We didn't use the laundry facilities now the showers, but they looked nice when we checked on them. We had a very pleasant time here, and we would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. We stayed here in our 29' Toy hauler.

We stayed for two weeks. The staff was so friendly. Our biggest complaint was the WiFi. It was a hotel style log in and every time I picked up my phone or opened my computer I had to re-login. It was extremely annoying. The signal was better than some parks and worse than others. I talked to the office and called the tech support and they each passed the buck. According to the office they had just upgraded the system.
The laundry was nice and the showers were marginal. There was a one minute timer on the water and you had to press the he button constantly to take a shower. I decided just to use my trailer.
Went to visit a winery while there. And the park is only one mile from the Walmart. We could hear a train coming through town, but it wasn’t loud and I never hear a train horn.

We stayed for an entire month. The place is full of permanent residents. Some might complain about that but I didn't have any issues with anyone. Our neighbors were all nice, polite and quiet. This park wasn't really designed for dogs, even though they could make it better easily by utilizing the open space in the middle for a small park.

I came here because the reviews were good and the price of $18 was appealing but when I got here we were surprised to find the rate of $43.43. With Good Sam it ended coming out to the $40.20 (tax included). The sites are graveled and well cared for. Office lady was pleasant and helpful. Like most RV parks however, the internet is lacking. Overall though, I would stay here again.Oh, one other thing, they do accept Passport America but black out peak periods during fall and spring. With Passport America the rate would be $21.71 plus tax.

You don't hear the highway (I40) here, you hear a low rumble of the trains on and off but you really hear the road in front (Airway Rd). At least you did from our spot. The park location is very convenient for anything in Kingman. Very friendly staff. Amenities are good. WiFi comes and goes but the speed is decent. AT&T is very fast as you can see the tower, about a block or two away (cellmapper.net). The park has a lot of long-termers in the back but most transients are in the front.

The camp host was very helpful and friendly. As the stay was only overnight, the site seemed to have more of a residence long term stay. The site was clean and parking was easy on level gravel. Only issue I had was the loud machine work done by the building/company’s next door. They start at early work hours so don’t count on sleeping past 7am.

This was a nice find in Kingman. The owner is very accommodating and the site was very clean and level. They have laundry and propane on site, which is handy. Minimal street noise.
