October 29th, 2017: RVer reports & info provided by UT Highway Patrol confirms that Overnight RV Parking is allowed. Utah DOT website states: Utah encourages drowsy drivers to stop and rest, particularly at our rest areas. While overnight camping is not permitted, shorter stays are usually allowed. This is at the discretion of the Highway Patrol. Use of levelers, slides, awnings, lawn furniture, BBQ's etc. will be interpreted as camping and may result in a ticket. Level or nearly so, well lighted, appears safe, with the usual vehicle & traffic noise of an Interstate Highway rest area. Restrooms, sheltered picnic tables, vending machines, trash receptacles, telephone, tourist info, pet area. Potable water, but may not be via a threaded tap. 29 auto parking spaces, 14 truck/RV spaces.
