This is a pretty sweet RV park out in the hill country of Texas. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the park is well maintained and well landscaped. The staff is super friendly as were all the residents that we met. They have an indoor gathering space with a large hooded fire pit that is going every morning and night. They also have another large space for organized pot lucks, bingo, etc. Good laundry on site, didn't check out the bathrooms. There is a pretty good size dog run that is actually clean, grassed and not gross. There is access down to Miller Creek and a large area of green space all along the creek for walks or hanging out.
Easy access to Johnson City and Blanco, each with their own brewery. Easy access to Pedernales SP as well as a small parks in Blanco and Johnson City. The best groceries are a 20 minute drive away towards Austin. Austin is 45 minutes to an hour drive away.
The only ding is the highway noise which is pretty loud and only drops off for a few hours in the middle of the night.
Bonus, they have chilled six packs of local beer on sale in the office, pretty nice addition especially if you had a long day getting there.

Park will not allow class A coach to park head-in to the sites along the river! You HAVE to back into the sites and look at the RV’s across the street instead. Maybe big-rig trailer friendly, but not big-rig coach friendly. We passed.
Stayed here to visit family in the area. There were lots of rigs there, but a virtual ghost town. There was a cool single use shower room on one side of the park that was in a huge round building. There was a completely dusty fitness room that needed some help. It just seemed that the owners didn't care about what they had. The location was good. The site was quiet and level. Could be a great place with the right management.
