State of California allows parking in Rest Areas for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24 hour period unless there is signage to the contrary; no such signage reported here. Restrooms, potable water, and a pet area. May 2019 RVer reports location as clean & quiet, overlooking lake.
Directions
On US 395, ~7.7 mi N of Milford, CA, serving NB & SB traffic. Enter rest area; then small RVs that will fit in a single auto parking space park in Auto area on your R; longer RVs & RVs towing continue past Auto are to marked pull-thru long-vehicle spaces, also on the R.
