We picked this campsite for a few reasons. A) it was free. B) there’s 3 of them so luck out with one there’s two more. (The second site is for ‘tents only’ no trailers or RVs, we sleep in our car so figured we counted as tent only, and it was the only one with sites left) and c) we looked at other campground near by the free ones and they all had reviews saying a difficult road. This road is paved goes past Morman row (close by for sunrise!) and only becomes gravel road for the last half a mile or so.
We loved our stay here the views were phenomenal completely uninterrupted by houses, cars or anything. We stayed here especially (mainly cus the road was easier) but mainly due to the proximity to morman row as we wanted to go for sunrise but we decided to have sunrise at the campsite see photo) as it was so beautiful. And we went to morman row about half an hour after sunrise and it was PACKED so I’m glad we didn’t go !! Recommend this place 100% (toilets are only on site 1 easy to walk to)
