Campground located on major Highway with easy access to retaurants, and shopping area. Great for parking R.V's, and excellent area for tenting.

Small campground located along Highway 2, and next to the Gogebic County Fairgrounds. Full hook-up sites are in a small area on west side of park, other sites are scattered throughout the remainder and have 20 amp service. Many trees provide shade throughout the park.
Shower house is older, but was very clean during our visit. Showers were very warm. Laundry had a single dryer, which was out of service. Fresh water and dump site.

We stayed there in mid May. If you like to listen to logging trucks all night this is the place for you. The leaves on the ground had not been cleaned up from the past season so dodging the dog poop left by previous campers was an challenge. I tried to get water from their outdoor spigot to wash dishes and it was brown. Not light brown, chocolate brown. So I went into the bathroom to get some, same color there. Needless to say, we didn't attempt to shower. Maybe as the season goes on things would improve but if you are open then you should have your facilities in tip top shape for your customers. The only good thing you could say about it was the price. We would never stay there again.

We are traveling in our 25 foot motorhome and just needed a sweet spot with electric for a few days. This fit the bill perfectly! Showers were hot, traffic through the night was quiet and the park itself is quiet! We recommend this lil’ gem and the best part is it’s only $15 a night! Water and dumping station available!

Small city RV park. The west side has pull thru sites at $35 a nite. Did not use the facilities as we are self contained. Pull thru was big enough for our 40 ft motorhome! Host wasn’t so Mr Personality but hey. Must make reservations online prior to parking!

This is our second visit to Curry Park. Things have changed a bit since our last stay in August of 2021. At the time of this review all reservations are online only. Be prepared for an unnecessarily long registration process. You cannot pay at the park. Prices have increased to $25 per nite for electric only, 20 amp sites. Full hookup with 50 amp electric are $35 per nite. If you want to fill your fresh water tanks, there is a $15 fee. The waste tank dump fee is another $15. These fees are the highest I have seen in my travels throughout the country. Even in drought plagued western states, I have never paid $15 to fill my 30 gallon fresh water tank.
On the positive side, the park grounds are reasonably well maintained aside from the 20 amp electrical pedestals. Many are bent or otherwise in poor repair. The well worn restroom facilities are adequate with working flush toilets, wash basins, and hot water in the showers. This year, there are new picnic tables at all sites.
The few full hookup sites are level, and will accommodate larger rigs in the 30' range. The 20 amp only sites are on a hill with many usable as tent sites only because of unlevel ground and or small size. I recommend checking out the sites personally before making reservations.

Little inexpensive municipal park to safely spend the night while traveling. Full hook-ups were filled. We had electric. Nice bathrooms & showers.
PS. We stayed in a 2028 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL, 30 f00t total length and pulled it with a F-150 4 X 4 5.0L engine.
WE stopped here in July 2019 coming back from Devil's Tower. It is a great space to rest for up to a week. Do not remember the cost, thinking it was $10.00 a night? Ironwood is a hidden treasure and there is some wonderful history there. We will be staying again in 2023 as we head for Glacier National Park in June. Easy water fill and dump. Hiking trails and mountain bikes highly recommended in the warmer weather. Quads would be great as well, even in the winter.
