Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on February 04, 2021A small park, but full hookups for $15 is hard to beat. We got in at about 1 AM and though it looked like most of the sites were filled with long term park guests, spot 5 was open and we took it. There are no amenities here like bathrooms, but water and electricity were what we needed. A self-pay box was easy to find and I just wrote a check out to the city.
Definitely take the time to stop here as opposed to the pricier parking lots along the main roads.

Pulled in here at 4:30 yesterday and snagged the last open site. Lots of long term guests here who work on the oil patch. Basic hookups, but all we needed for an overnight stay. Right next to the City Park with a playground and places to walk. Also next to the Alley Oop “attraction” and museum, quirky and fun especially for kids.

4/27/2019 all spaces held by long term folks as near as I could tell. Same with the other two parks in the area. You might get lucky but that was not my experience. Moved on to the Reagan County Fairgrounds in Big Lake.

Looks to be mainly worker guys here for awhile. Good place to bunk down for a night. 13 miles off from the I-10. We needed diesel and the winds were working us over pretty bad so we ducked off here. I think the price was $15 (based on prior reviews) but I just had a twenty so was glad to contribute. Didn't really say anywhere and there was a honor box so ainsi soit-il!
