I just copied and pasted from my Facebook , you do need an off road vehicle to go .
Adventure time with Novos !!! Take a moment to read my little story or scroll on down to the pics .
Our main goal for today was to drive straight from Burley Idaho to home , that lasted about an hour into the trip when I began finding places to stop . As you already know ( if you follow me ) we stopped at Thousand Springs , after that I searched the maps again and found this !!! ( picture one )
What are those you ask? After some research we found out they are crater rings , which were shield volcanoes about 2 million years ago! Here are links , please read very interesting!!!

Welp we decided to check it out . Mind you we are in the Tesla , and the paved road quickly become dirt rocky roads .We tortured the poor thing , but it was a beast and got us there . Check out the video of the beast riding along the beaten road !!
So we finally made it there and hiked about ( no idea maybe 2 miles ) on a rocky path around the edge of the large crater so we could stand in the middle of two large craters that used to be volcanoes!! See pictures 3 and 4!!!
It was amazing and to give you an idea how big it is picture 5 is Anton standing at the edge and if you zoom in you will see a small white speck!! That speck is our Tesla !!!
Hope you enjoyed our adventure story !!!!
Pretty, unreal like place! Lived in idaho my entire life didnt realize this was 45 minutes away! Very cool.
We followed Google maps down some rough dirt roads. The road ended but Google still said go another mile and a half and turned right. We just turned around and gave up. There are no signs or anything. I recommend you take your helicopter in if you really want to see it!
Good luck!
