Really easy to get settled. They allow dog fencing which is important for us as long as you pickup after your pets. I will say the full time residents here don’t seem to be very considerate with picking up poop. One downside for us, site one on the layout looked like it would be at the back but it’s actually at the front and very very loud with all the road noise and endless dog barking from the doggie day care next door during the day. Neither of these are really the parks fault just for awareness - we’ve stayed in quieter cabela parking lots on highways haha.
Great T-Mobile service, Verizon is meh as usual. Starlink is decent — should be better with how few trees there are.
Only about 30 minutes to either entrance of Zion and 20 to at George. Nightly fee feels steep to me, but the weekly is 250 which is super reasonable for a weekly rate.

Kevin the owner is awesome. He always goes out of he way to be hospitable. ONLY deal with Kevin
The park is amazing, beautiful, and very relaxing. There always wonderful food carts there. If you come after hours he answers your texts in lightening time. UNLIKE OUT ON THE RODE AS WE TRAVEL ALOT. OUR son lives at this park FT. He likes this park. The cost is comparable to anywhere in Hurricane or St George. We will always stay at this beautiful park

Huge 70 plus foot concrete level sites. I look for large as we have a tow and an extra vehicle. We fit both vehicles and our 40 footer easily into the pad. Great views and great service. Internet was free and pretty good, and we were able to stream to our smart TV. Great location for easy access to grocery and amazing hikes in every direction. About 30 minutes to Zion National Park. Good views towards the back side of Zion Will be staying here again and would highly recommend!!

This must be the template for new RV parks. No amenities, nothing but a long wide slab of concrete which may be level but may not depending on your site. Register online, check in online, get your site number online and the wifi password online. Sorry there is wifi and cell service but it is just off the 4 lane highway running through town. I did not see any garbage container but noted that there is garbage “onsite”. So I guess you just leave it there for pickup.
