Convient location, only 12 miles tomSierra Vista which has plenty of shopping and services. Walmart Super center and Fry's Supermarket. Also Rv City ( Rv dealer and repairs are just around the corner from Rv park. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a couple of nights here and it was nice. One of the best deals we had for a full hookup site. It was a back in site on gravel/rocks and level. It is a very large RV Park and I'm guessing that most of the people there were seasonal snowbirds. We were there in March 2018 and it was pretty full. Friendly folks. Within a few minutes of setting up we were invited to a potluck dinner at the clubhouse by our neighbor. Since we wanted to spend the time sight-seeing we did not attend. Nice laundry. Convenient to Tombstone, Bisbee and Huachuca City. We went to all three and Fort Huachuca. We recommend this RV Park.

Side note--the Army museum at Fort Huachuca is NOT open on Sundays. We went through the whole process Sunday of getting our badges to get on the active base and told them we were going to the museum and no one told us it was closed on Sundays. Ha Being a Sunday, the base seemed almost totally deserted.

Sites are very close together, no picnic tables, when it rains there are very large pools of water throughout the park and roadways. No cable TV, with my antenna and booster I could only get 2 Mexican and 2 local channels. Rates for long term & mobile home section seem reasonable and also slightly confusing. Very few trees, very poor views of anything. Lots of road noise from the highway and from inside the park. Number of vehicles inside the park with loud mufflers leaving for work @ 5 a.m.! I won’t be staying here again.

We were given one site for the first night and then had to move for the last two. We were in pull through sites both times. The first site was a bit bigger than the second one. Some sites were close together but you can’t complain too much given the price paid. Laundromat has large capacity washer and dryer. $1.25 per wash or dry. There was minimal road noise at night and overall quiet. Visited Tombstone and Bisbee from here. Only got one OTA TV station (NBC) but we have lots of movies to watch. There are some activities. Pancake breakfast the Saturday we were here.

All gravel park with narrow sites for travelers, wider sites for seasonal. Close enough for daytrips to Tucson, Tombstone. One channel on over air antennae. Quiet. Great rate

Date of stay: Feb. 27 - Mar. 2, 2019

We stayed here to visit with friends from Sierra Vista, which is only 15 mins away and has everything you could need. We also used this location as a jumping off point to see the renowned funky town of Bisbee about 40 mins away. Ramsey Canyon Preserve is 30 mins away and is worth a trip to see the many birds (especially hummingbirds) and if you're lucky like we were, a large troop of coatimundi high up on the rocks.

The resort is nice enough, well-spaced pull-thrus with full hook ups. They offered us the veteran discount, so with the $3/day electric surcharge, it was still only $12/night. There were restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities ($1.25 per wash or dry) and all looked clean and serviceable. The staff was very friendly, and the park offers different breakfast treats for free on the weekends. There are several long-term residents at this park, but the place was well-kept and like a small community neighborhood. There is nothing to do outdoors in the park outside your RV but walk the roads. We got one OATV station -- NBC. The resort, like so many, is right up against the highway, so road noise could be a problem.

For the price, location, and nicely maintained park, we would definitely stay there again.

You don't see rates like these often so we decided to check this park out and we are glad that we did!

For 12-13$/night you get full hookups and huge campsites. Yes, this is more of a gravel lot with several permanent resident but everyone here was pleasant and kept their site clean and we had no issues.

The park is equipped with restrooms/showers/laundry room. If you have a dog, they also have a small but adequate dog park.

Cell reception was great as well.

For us, staying at RV parks is a nice stop to do chores and dump/fill between boondocking spots and the price was definitely right.

This was a great place to stay for a while. I even got 5 crystal clear channels over the air on my television. The only not so good thing about this place is the WiFi you really can’t use it at all. If you aren’t concerned about the WiFi, this place can’t be beat for the price.

We spent 1 night here to dump, fill, charge up, do laundry and get good showers. Fortunately we called a few days ahead and made a reservation because they didn't have too many short term sites available. The park seems to be mostly longer term stays. Our site was on a gravel lot and of course there isn't much for scenery here. There was a very small playground for young kids, but it wasn't great. Due to Covid, the check-in process was completely no-contact and was very easy. The clubhouse had nice restrooms and the showers were some of the nicest/cleanest we've come across in our travels. At $13/night ($10 for site, $3 electricity surcharge), you can't beat this place for a stopover in between boondocking stints. There is also an RV City just right up the road if you are in need of any parts or services. Despite just how many RVs there are here, it was very quiet after dark on a Friday night.

I might have been on site 133....But on "Who Cares Road"....So, who cares. LOL! Gravel type dirt parking, solid and level. Large enough, on my row of sites, to deploy the slides and have a sitting area. Full hook-ups. Can't argue for $12.81/night (Vet/Military discount) which includes their $3/night electric charge. Real easy to drive my 40' 5'ver around to the site. Came in after hours, and the lady drove up quick and gave me the escort...."Just do the paperwork another day". The after hours paperwork is usually in the right hand slot by the office door.
Neighbors told me the back sites were a bit closer together, so I'm gonna take the hint and say my row was the last of the roomier ones? Site seemed of normal size. Great neighbors.
Very low traffic on the road in front of the camp site. Although semi trucks might use their Jake brake once in a while, but not often. Exit, take a right and another right, and there's Huachuca City. I think one mom n pop joint to eat...? I got a bite at the gas station. That's about it for the "city". Sierra Vista is about 7-miles further down the road.

JUST BEWARE>>>>POLICE<<<<<. Speed limit goes from 55 to 45 to 60 to 55 to 45 to... In a matter of a few hundred feet. Always a cop parked there in that 100' section.
