“responsible 21st century market”
Traditional in sensibility, contemporary in style, Revival Market is our interpretation of a responsible 21st century market. We offer fresh foods sourced from local farmers, ranchers, cheese makers and food artisans as well as a wide array of seasonally-inspired prepared foods, charcuterie, and house-made staples like vinegar, pickles and jams. Revival Market is proud to be one of the only retail stores in the country that raises heritage breed, all-natural meats – pork, lamb, and chicken – for direct sale from our Revival Farms to our customers. Our goal is to deliver the freshest, most flavorful food from the bountiful Southeast region of Texas and in so doing, provide regional farmers and food artisans the accessibility and audience to thrive. Our hope is that along the way, we can further educate our customers about where their food comes from and the importance of supporting local farms.

A collaboration between a chef and a heritage breed pig farmer, Revival Market is the city's premier high-end butcher shop. In addition to a case filled with meat that feels as good to buy as it tastes to eat, Revival carries an interesting and unique selection of dry goods—from Sea Salt harvested from the waters of Galveston County to an assortment of syrups and pickles that speak of the South. There's also a small selection of produce from local farms, including low-temperature pasteurized and non-homogenized milk, yard eggs and seasonal veggies. An excellent in-house charcuterie program and a kitchen turning out ready-to-eat items make Revival a one-stop shop. Read more
