Harley-Davidson of Crystal River

I recently had my Heritage 25k service along with new back tire primary gasket replaced along with rockerbox gasket.. total parts costs $525.62 .

Under new ownership I was told that HD of Crystal river was recently bought by someone who owns car dealerships and is very expensive now he / she is passing off the costs to its customers!.

Went to pick up the bike and total bill was $1,558.04 . Labor costs $914.71 !! I talked with service manager and she claimed that all was legit and that I was charged the standard rate of $88.00 . 10hrs. labor SERIOUSLY 10 HRS ??.

I will never set foot in that place again ...!
Personal advise to all riders out there ... Beware !.

I don't understand why only whiners seem to review places, I don't know how you can be surprised by your service bill , Vicki has been there for years(not new) every time I get service I sign a repair order with an estimate before I leave if something unforeseen comes up they call me and let me know additional $$ - the bill doesn't just magically inflate, sounds like your telling half the story, good to know you won't set foot in there again because you sound like a bitch and I'd hate to ruin my visit there running into you.
P.s. Buy a gold wing whistlebritches!

The new owners have been running thus place for a year already and still haven't figured it out. The sales people are way way too pushy. I told Casey, Dave & Joe I was just looking several times during my visit, but was still followed around like I might steal something. The parts department is dysfunctional when Kyle has a day off. And the service depament has been dwindled down to basic services and warranty. No more high-performance work worth getting here folks. Because you know, nobody wants their Harley to go faster than a stock one.

Wasn't sure if I got the right dealership until I read the review. I read some people on a group I am on at Facebook, said the new owner is not dog friendly. Well I own 3 and many I know won't visit there. Warning ScootinAmerica about you. The group is 19k strong, so may want to show the new "owner" he isn't making brownie points in the biker community.
