“with lots of grass and shade”
Enjoy a beautiful site with lots of grass and shade. Amenities include water and electric, picnic tables, and fire barrels. Enjoy the bathhouse and pool, open from 10:00am to 10:00pm. For the children, there's a playground and ball field. For large units or those who do not wish to unhook, there are pull-thru sites available and a sanitation station available at all times.

Ratings Summary
We averaged $40 / night for 5 nights for W / E50. Lots are very tight and close. Positives - level grass lots, pool (not open yet) and only about 10 minutes to downtown Holland. Negatives - our priorities when staying at campgrounds are price, location and safety. We are not resort people and generally don't use campground amenities. However, this campground has many old, run down non-transient units on site with weeds and even an old rusted truck. While we've stayed in similar campgrounds in the past, it typically does not cost $40 / night. So it is a bit overpriced for the condition and appearance. Even having said that, I would stay here again due to its convenience to downtown Holland for the Tulip Festival.

They say full hook ups, there are none, they say 50,30,20 amp electric, it did not work most of the time we were there. It went on and off so many times in a short time that it blew our TV. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even let pets use it. They say there's a pool, but it has no water in it and hasn't for a couple of years or more by the looks of it. We asked for a refund since we paid for a whole month and only stayed 9 days and it was refused. Hopefully they get shut down until someone who isn't a SLUM LORD buys it and actually takes care of it.
My truck was also damaged from. A dead tree in the park. Another problem that was apparently not theirs to worry about.
Hopefully no one gets hurt by the dead trees that are still there. Or the trench dug by the bath house with no danger signs around it.
Or the burnt up rv just left there. Would recommend a tent on the side of the road, better amenities

Terrible staff is awful and rude campsites are right on top of each other staff will come on your sight while you are gone and move stuff around, they let the campers drain their waste tank just out into the grounds the RV next to me was literally draining into my walk way and I complained about it and they did nothing. Bathrooms are disgusting, constantly shit on the floor or all over the toilet, and they will try to rob you and over charge you if you let them. I recommend anywhere but here, don't waste your money. My kids couldn't go up and play on the swings without the old woman in the front nagging and coming over to complain about something, the first people they put by me were Meth heads outside fighting about drugs and they let them stay til their time was up, so unprofessional.
