We went 1 mile further North and came to the Fillmore entrance to Ebbs Canyon. The road was good gravel and we found a nice fire pit just 50 yards in. You do hear some highway noise but for 1 night, it didn’t matter. Saw only 2 trucks go by on a big July 4 weekend.

We followed the advice of the earlier review on here that recommended using the "Fillmore" entrance to Ebbs canyon. We stayed at the first are off to the right just inside the gate. We used the spot to overnight in as we made our way West through Utah. I loved how we didn't need to go very far off route to grab this spot. We didn't get to do much exploring but it is a very beautiful place. We had super fast LTE At&t. There is a little bit of traffic noise from I-15, not enough to be a nuisance however.

In early September the fields are creamy yellow surrounded by hilly vistas. Pulled over shortly after entering the Fillmore gate. A class A came in late and parked a little farther down the road. Otherwise quiet except for some traffic noise that was easy to sleep thru.

We pulled in and the area to the right had several pickups with ATV trailers. Plus, there was a substantial ditch getting into that area, that I'm not sure I wanted to tackle with out mothorhome, so we went farther down the road. The other two possible sites were taken, so we ventured a little farther, maybe 0.75 miles.
The road was greatly rutted from a previous, not too long ago rain. There were really no sites to speak of and
options for turning around were getting rare.
I would not recommend staying here in a 38' motorhome like ours. I would not recommend anyone staying if there is a chance of rain because the road past the 50 yards that is graveled will become difficult to go through.
It looks very pretty and seemed quiet.

The entrance is easy to spot thanks to the photos provided. There is one large spot as you first come in. Another one about 1/4m back. After this spot you’ll need high clearance due to deep ruts. We walked about a mile in from the second spot, where we chose to park, and there are several more places to park. Again high clearance or four wheel. I wouldn’t take a TT or MH beyond this point. Free range cattle roam this area, so you may need to remove a few cow pies at your site. There is some highway noise since it’s right along I-15, but tolerable.

We enjoyed this place as a convenient and pretty overnight place. Large level field fifty feet from the road then gravel road goes on to other spots. Didn't check the other spots but you can get farther from the highway if you like.
This area was once burned over and because of that there is flash flood danger when it rains. Some contour plowing was done along with other mitigation and I suspect that it is no longer much of a danger but there are spots that could get muddy so avoid if there is rain in the forecast.
Pros-
Easy access
Field makes turn around with toad easy.
Beautiful mountains all around.
Cons-
Highway nearby
Care should be taken getting from road to field but not bad.
When it has rained or will rain avoid it.
If you mind a cow flop or 10 it might be a problem.

Super convenient and while it was just off the hwy, it felt removed. A little highway noise but more like white noise than annoying. Big spaces, no problem with our large rig.

We stayed on the 2nd site on the right which has room for about 3 smaller rigs. We had a beautiful view, and were pretty much to ourselves. The road further in is rough with ruts. I don't know how far back the road goes, but bigger rigs may want to stay in the first few places. Note that the entrance and a few places in the road have some pretty large 'bumps' to drive over. We rubbed the truck on our 5w, but it wasn't too bad; it was doable.
This place is a high traffic area for ORVs. It was extremely dusty, but we were lucky that the wind was blowing away from our rig. Know that you will get traffic pretty regularly, but it wasn't too much to bother our stay. The highway is also nearby, but I don't feel the noise was loud enough to be a bother.
The night sky was beautiful, the mountain view was breathtaking, and the first few sites are pretty level and large. We followed other reviews and entered through the Ebb Canyon Rd entrance. The entrance these coordinates take you to had a lot of ORV group campers, and looked a little more challenging.

We were the second spot in on the right. This was a quiet and peaceful spot, only about 20 minutes from town and dump/water. Cell reception was great for us for work/school.

We stayed here for just 1 night on our way to MT. Accessed from Ebbs Canyon rd. 1/4 mile in (2nd spot) on the right. Large open area, easy to park our 25’ Airstream. Did need to go on some blocks to level out side to side. Ground is soft; pretty dry when we were there but could be very muddy & a problem if precipitation happens. Weeknight and no one is around so far. Can hear highway traffic noise, not super loud. Perfect for 1 nighter
