Easy access! Select few spots on the river for as far as i could drive in. Could be way more further. I have an old camper that sits low but saw many big rigs on big wheels go past me :) no cell service

Several well spaced out sites handling any size RV. Keep on driving down the road until you find the perfect site. Predominantly a well packed dirt road, with a few bumps along the way. Definitely, a quiet and beautiful place to stay. Plan to stay again!

Positive: The area itself is quiet, with the wonderful night views of the sky. My plan was to take pictures of the night sky, which turned out very good. It’s about 40 min drive to Jackson Hole for gas, food, and other services. Occasionally a herd of cattle are driven through this particular campsite. I stayed at that EXACT spot in the pictures for seven days in July 2019.
Negative: If you stay in this area, right next to the road, expect impolite people driving 30-50 mph only about 10-15 yards from that campsite. You, your trailer, inside and out will get covered with road dust. Maybe ⅓ the vehicles would slow down for the dust. What should have been a wonderful experience turned into a dusty, dirty campsite. Everything had to be cleaned inside and outside.
Recommendation: If you arrive late in the evening, take a site that is definitely NOT near the dusty SPEEDWAY that will leave you pi**d off when a racing vehicle drives by. Get there earlier so you can not park next to the dusty road. There are other places to park. Further up the valley, there is a Girl Scout campground. Keep going and there is a USFS campground where you can dump trash, and get water. If you use solar, the trees are a bit thick, which will reduce your solar charging. Stay way from near the road, and you’ll enjoy your visit.

We drove 1/2 mile or so in with our 34' Class C, and it was great! Views are amazing, and our spot was right on the river. Further in on the road, there are spots not as close to the river. Road goes back at least 3 miles, we turned around, just wanted to see the layout. A Class A rig was about a mile back. Good road getting in.

I stayed along the stream about 1/2 mile down the road. Terrific views and road is in good shape (although dusty). Staying farther down the road would eliminate some of the dust, but I chose the stream location.

Beautiful area. Easily found in the dark. The better sites are up the road but the road does get a bit rougher as you go.I had no problem with a 28' fifth wheel and 2wd. We were told there are grizzly bears in this area. We did come in late September and elk riffle season had begun so this area was extremely crowded and busy. Would not recommend last week of September and after.

This was a great find. Our trip allowed us to only stay one night but would have loved more. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of large sites and they are spread out for privacy. Road is smooth for easy access - just head straight towards the GPS coordinates and drive a half mile or so. The creek that runs through is gorgeous. And wildlife around. We'll be back.

We were trying to escape 100+ temps and decided to try here. Daytime temps were mid 80’s nighttime low 45-55. Our site was right next to the creek. Clear clean water. Road going in was mainly gravel. Do not be afraid to keep going down the road. It eventually comes to an end in a loop. At the trail head is a hike to some falls. It is about 35 miles south of Jackson and the Tetons. Easy access. Sites are kinda level for primitive areas. Weekdays are quiet and hardly anyone there. Weekends, people come to camp and bring their horses for the trails. The only draw back is there was NO cell service at all. But drive up the road about 20 miles to the Hoback market, sit outside at a table and great service. We would definitely go back . Loved it

(Stayed here 8/13/21): Easily accessible by dirt road. We decided on a spot right next to the creek. Some spots are exposed with little privacy from the road. Great views of mountains and creek. No amenities (bathrooms, tables or fire pits).

We picked a spot about 1 mile in directly adjacent the creek. Our trailer was close enough to the water we could hear the rapids from the trailer. Stunning views all around. Most other campers were hunters. Further up the road were open cattle grazing near other trailers but not a problem. We improved an existing fire pit and had a great fire. This is an excellent spot.
