Good place to pig out on samples. There is also a little museum on how one makes cheese and a giant window showing the factory making it's current batch of cheese, which was of a lot lest interest to me then actually eating cheese.
Decent stop over. Unique gifts, story about cheese making and you can say you visited the place where over 25% of all cheese in America was made.
