“preserving history, promoting education, & providing entertainment”
Brush Creek Mill is a beautiful museum, constructed on the site where previous mills once stood on the banks of the Thunder Bay River. The mill demonstrates the power of moving water with a 22 foot stainless steel water wheel, capable of grinding corn and wheat. Our goals include preserving history, promote education, and provide entertainment. The Rivers Edge Gift Shop features handmade crafts by local artist and crafters. Music at the Mill monthly, every third Friday year round. Mill River Days is held 4 th of July weekend. V J DAY is held, in honor of our Veterans, on the second Saturday in August. Antique show and Applefest is the first Saturday of October. Children's Christmas Party and the Festival of Lights is the first week in December. An event to remember! Dinner Theater is the second weekend in December. Watch for many other events held at the Mill. You can call or check us out on Facebook. Our displays are changed often, so that any time you can visit will be worth the trip! On This Page ?
