Description
March 8th, 2019: RVer reports confirms multiple reports from Mar 2014 & earlier, & info provided by Texas DOT. RV Parking (not camping) for up to 24 hours is allowed in all Roadside Picnic Areas on Texas Highways unless posted with signage to the contrary. Picnic area is off the road, with entrances at each end. Long enough for 2-3 rigs. Partly shaded, watch for possible low branches. Picnic tables, trash barrels; no other known amenities.

On N side of US 82, ~ 4.3 mi E of E edge of Henrietta, TX
We did not park here, but it seems to be the best oversized vehicle picnic/parking lot in the area. Plus the railroad is on the North side of the highway ( a bit farther away). I'll drop a 'from the road' photo as we passed by.
(Context: We parked an RV at the Jolly picnic area west of this one, and it was tight ... we see now this one is much more appropriate).
