Pigeon River Campground

Very poor placement of utility connections. Our 20 ft sewer line would not reach and their only solution was to buy another sewer line (which they were sold out of). They did not have an independent dump station. When I told them that the situation was not satisfactory, they refused to refund our payment and said they did not care if that resulted in a bad review. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Extremely poor customer service. They charge a $20 pet fee because “people won’t pick up after there dogs”. Their check in is not till 4:00. If you arrive earlier than that it is another $10 per hour that you are early. We have traveled to the east coast and the west coast this year and this campground to by far our worst experience.

So fun! They have this massive jumping playground balloon that my 2 year old LOVED! Right by the water with nice bathroom facilities. Would stay there again!
