Delintment Lake

A forest of large ponderosa pine and a large blue lake provide a beautiful campground setting. Delintment Lake is stocked with trout, providing good fishing for bank and boat fishermen. The fishing dock is barrier free as are three toilets and five campsites. Other activities for summer campers include hiking, swimming, boating, wildlife viewing, and enjoying a relaxing trip in a superb setting. A group/individual picnic area on the lake with tables and grills is located at the far end of the campground. It is available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis. Facilities include: tables, fire pits, vault toilets, level parking spur or tent site, and a boat ramp.

Beautiful small lake surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. Great place to kayak and wet a line. Deer come by to visit and chipmunks are everywhere. Perfect place to just unwind for a few days, take a swim and relax. There is a trail around the lake, the sites are big and spread out so your not on top of your neighbors.

We loved this campground. It was very clean and a few sites are right on the lake, looking for an excuse to go back.
