“Nothing to Hide Sauce on the Side!!!!!!!”
Coop's Rib Crib strives to satisfy it's customers with quality products and quality service! All of Coop's meats are dry rubbed, tender, juicy, full of flavor, and the barbecue sauce and dry rub are Coop's own special recipes! Our specialty item is the pulled pork or brisket sandwich, topped with coleslaw - (Memphis Style) - it melts in your mouth! Both the brisket and pulled pork are slow smoked in their own natural juices for 14 hours, the ribs are tender and tasty, all sides are made fresh daily from scratch, and most important don’t forget the collard greens and cornbread – they have been a hit! Finally - our featured dessert is homemade peach cobbler - it has just the right blend of sugar and spice to make it mouth watering! . Come on in and try us - We promise you won't regret it! Best Barbecue in Town! Nothing to Hide.....Sauce on the Side! Coop's also caters to whatever occasion you are having! Call us today...we will gladly cook up & dish out the best food around!
Very very good barbecue (coming from a Texan BBQ aficionado). I was impressed by the tenderness of the brisket and good portions.
