We chose this park because of its location for us to visit both Lincoln and Omaha without having to move. The sites are mainly pull thru with FHU's on gravel and grass. There is a decent distance between sites that are supplied with a picnic table. We were in the last row and looked out over a large soybean field which was very nice. The park has a variety of activities from tennis, horse shoes, and shuffle board to several pieces of playground equipment and a pool. There is a sports bar lounge in the main office with several TV's. They serve homemade pizza and BBQ and have beer on tap. The park had WiFi but only gave you one code for one computer. It was very weak and we couldn't use even with out Ranger. Verizon signal was also weak and we had to use our booster which gave us 3 bars. While located near the highway, we never heard the traffic. However, there is a race track right behind the park and they race on Friday nights. It was rather loud but didn't keep us up. They don't tell you this when you check in. There is a very convenient fuel stop, also, right across the road as leave. We would stay here again.

Decent RV park right off i-80; however our site was on the farthest row from the highway and, with our A/C running, we could not hear it at all. Gravel drives with many steep speed bumps, gravel sites with grass all around. They do not allow rugs to be put out on the grass, so the dogs and we tracked wet grass in the coach with us. 50 amp, FHU's, local WiFi was very weak, AT&T tower just behind the park. A very small and another larger fenced dog parks with waste bags and receptacles nearby. Pool, basket ball, tennis, shuffleboard and a playground onsite (we did not use any). Store with pizza and beer, souvenirs, etc.. Daily trash pickup.
Easy access to the highway and Lincoln & Omaha for us to work. Great little breakfast diner in Waverly: Honey Creek, and a wonderful smokehouse in Greenwood: Parker's. Both well worth your time!
We would stop here again when we are working in the area.

Pine Grove RV Park Review
Title: BE FOREWARNED!
First, the good news:
• It has easy access from the Interstate.
• The sites are wide with full hookups.
• General appearance is clean and well maintained.
• Trash is picked up daily at your site.
• There is a pool, restaurant and bar inside, although we did not use any of them.
Now, the bad news:
• You will pay a high price, as if staying in a top rated resort, however, this is not one.
• Bring your earplugs if you stay! Between the interstate traffic, the Nascar track, and the
occasional train, you will need them. Thank goodness, there was a thunderstorm the night
of the car race, and it was halted about 11pm. We had read the reviews about the noise,
but needed to be about half way between Lincoln and Omaha.
• The sewer drop is just a straight piece of PVC coming out of the ground. Your sewer elbow
doesn’t want to stay in while dumping, thus making a smelly mess on the ground.
• The grass was tall and needed to be mowed, especially since they do not allow any ground
mats outside.
• Because all the sites are gravel, they need to do something about the grass growing in the
gravel.
• The laundry room smelled musty and was filthy. Some reviewers complained about all the
rules, however, most RV parks do have most of the same.
• Our biggest complaint is this: I was traveling through on business. I had paid for 4 nights
in advance to be between Lincoln and Omaha. However, on the 2nd day, I found out my
schedule needed to be changed and I asked for a refund for the last 2 nights. After calling,
then going by the office, and then waiting for a phone call, I was told that “at this time, we
are not giving any refunds”. With that said, I had to reschedule my meetings for the next 2
days. We researched the website, all their literature, and no where did it say, NO
REFUNDS. However, in the laundry room, there was another set of rules that stated on the
last line, that “refunds were not allowed for weekly or monthly”. We paid nightly, not
weekly, and should have been refunded.
• The staff was not friendly, nor helpful with our requests.
• We will NOT ever return to this campground.

Level campsite with some shade. FHU. Laundry room and pool area were clean. Playground looked well maintained. Bathhouses were not available for use. Two fenced areas for dogs based on size. There was an occasional train, interstate noise, and a racetrack very close. The racetrack actually was not as loud as I expected and it was only one night. The young lady in the office was very friendly (Amanda I think was her name). I don't have a problem with a campground having rules but maybe towing a camper's truck for not taping the vehicle tag to the windshield is a bit extreme. The campground speed limit is 5 mph which my husband was doing and one of the female employees on a ATV started waving her arms at him to slow down like she thought he was going 20 and this was on the driveway leaving the campground not near the sites or the playground. No problems with AT&T.

We needed a place to connect with water and sewer after 2 nights in rest areas. This RV park is spacious and clean with roomy sites surrounded by lawn and small trees. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only down side was that their bathroom and shower facilities are closed, but that is the sensible thing do do while Covid marches on. They also had to turn off the water system overnight due to freezing temperatures, but it was up an running again first thing in the morning and didn't delay our planned departure. The only down side for the site was that it's very close to I-80 and there was a bit of highway noise.

Reviewers aren’t fair to this place. We really liked it. Stayed only night as a quick stopover. I-80 noise is there, but a/c or fans will cover it. Pretty soybean field on west side. Everything on site worked as expected. Discounts for Good Sam, AAA or military ID. They’re looking to help you save. Very large level park that’s great to walk around. Trash pickup in the morning before 10. Nothing bad at all about this place and we’re picky campers. Access from East is via gravel road that passes the race track and looks like a dead end. It isn’t. Office was open until 9p.

As others have said - very easy access to I-80, with a peaceful rural feel. Our long, level gravel site worked for our 45' motorhome + attached jeep. Easy to maneuver within the park. The staff/owners do a really nice job here - after picking up morning trash at sites, we saw them going to sites that had just departed to clean up. Best of all, they are very conscious of leaving an empty space between the overnighters (given that they weren't full). Some campgrounds clump us all together because it's easier for staff that way. We faced the soybean field and nice sunset. Will stay again when in this area. P.S. as a big bonus, they are clearly very supportive of our U.S. service men and women.

Smack dab in the middle of Lincoln and Omaha and just minutes away from the best steak of your life at Round the Bend Steakhouse in Ashland. Love that this place had beer on tap and a pool to cool off in. Spots are spacious and everyone was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
