Roads are tight inside due to beautiful trees. We made it no problem with 34 ft class A. Many bigger than us! Park has wi-fi, cable TV, restrooms, showers and laundry
I don't usually stay at private RV Parks because most pack in the campers like sardines, and this place is no exception. That being said, this small park is one of the nicest private parks I've stayed in. We were in the area looking at locations for a potential move, so wanted an RV park near town. We paid a little extra for a riverfront site, and it was beautiful. We were lucky to get one of the larger sites too so we had some room out in front of the trailer without having the picnic table on top of the neighbors hookups.
This park is run by the husband/wife owners and they are fastidious about keeping things neat and orderly, and were very friendly. The check-in was easy and the owner helped us back in the trailer. The grounds are very green with mature shade trees all around. There is a very nice little beach on the river for lounging, swimming or fishing, and we enjoyed floating around with our our two Labrador Retrievers.
The office sells ice and ice cream which was very welcome. We didn't use the showers or restrooms but they appeared very clean. We did use the laundry and it was adequate with 3 washers and 3 dryers.
It's located right on the edge of town so is easy access to services and shopping. I would easily have rated this 5 stars if the sites were larger and I would most certainly stay here again.

Came here to just spend a week and ended staying almost 3wks. Not a large RV park but very comfortable. Kept very clean and Dean and Donna are very gracious and helpful whether parking trailer or advise on area. When you get a site on river you literally are backed up to beach. Good fishing right above ripples with worms.

Our site 17 was long enough for the 40ft coach and CRV. Cement site with a tree that makes pulling in pretty tight but doable. Nice view of the river out back. Owners are here everyday and park shows it. We would stay again. Close to town and shopping. We visited the Redwoods from here. WiFi was very fast and worked most of the time. Both 2G and 5G networks.

Very small campground that is right on the river. The sites have full hookups with great water pressure. The sites are quite small so it’s best to get The ones on the river. You can sit behind your rv and look out over the river which is splendid. The owners are absolutely delightful. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Everything is super clean and well cared for. Lush landscaping with beautiful roses and huge trees. Right in town.

We have stayed here a couple of time now. Park is small clean neat and right on the river! The owners are on site and very helpful. Can’t speak too much about the facilities here. Both stays were during the pandemic. But I am sure they are well cared for as well. Some of the sites are close together so choose carefully. We will be back next year to meet our friends that moved to WA.

Oct 5, 2021...Our second time staying here. First was Oct 2020...This is a small, nice park with friendly staff and great clean bathrooms that were open despite covid...Grants Pass is a convenient stop for us and we will continue to stop here everytime...
Yes, there are a lot of full timers but the place is well organized, neat and tidy.
We love that they keep numerous campsites open for short term renters, like us...that back right up to the. banks of the mighty Rogue River. Hwy 99 is pretty close but we couldn't hear any traffic. There really isn't any hiking right out of your trailer though. A little walking path on the park boundary along the river is all. Its more what I call " city camping"...We enjoy all the large trees in their Fall foliage color. Very dog friendly.

We did not plan a place to stay on this night, everyone was full. I called at 5:00 and the host said she had one spot left and would hold it for us, she also said she would stay until we got there! They were the nicest host. We plan on making another trip there, it has many spots with river views and walking pathways down to the river. They have wifi, full hookups, showers, restrooms and laundry. It is off the freeway a few miles.

We used this campground as a base to head over to the Redwoods NP. We had a straight pull in site for our 38' coach and room for our toad. Luckily under a large tree that helped us keep cool from the heat. There is a trail to the river where we put our feet in the cool water and enjoyed the view. We did the local jet boats which was a great way to cool off on a hot day. The staff was very nice when we checked in and helpful with local suggestions.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated us coming in same day with no reservations on a Friday night— we snagged a river spot (#4).
All sites are back-in only and some of the concrete pads are broken or fairly uneven. Rogue river is beautiful, there is a very small access pathway (careful, it’s a sandy steep slippery slope) and the water is clean and cold.
There are many full timers who live here during the summer, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Not a huge property to roam around but everyone was out and about. Sites are fairly close together so music could be an issue if you have boisterous neighbors .
Facilities are clean. Laundry felt expensive ($3.75/load) for pretty old, inefficient machines. 11am Check out time is strict.
One downside for our site is it’s right beneath a super bright street light that’s on all night.
