Nestled between the gateways of the Colorado National Monument is our family operated winery. Although Two Rivers Winery and the Chateau are relatively new, they are both becoming Grand Junction’s Newest Tradition. The entire project was built literally from the ground up on 15 acres of vacant land in 1999. Located in the Redlands area of Grand Junction, we offer wines of the noble varieties, which can be tasted and purchased in the intimate setting of our tasting room. Come enjoy an enlightening tour of the facility or pause to take in the unimaginable views. You are invited to sample our award winning wines and to discover a truly unique and unpretentious tasting experience. The owners, Bob and Billie Witham, natives to the Western Slope of Colorado, are often available to say hello and welcome you. Tyrel Lawson, the Winemaker is usually on hand as well, and invites any inquiries regarding the winemaking process.

The Traveling Winers on Colorado Wine Trail

Two Rivers winery was our very first stop on our Grand Junction – Palisades, CO wine trail. And what a first impression it made! The first thought that popped into my mind was “Majestic” – a huge estate with several stone houses and buildings, left me wondering what was housed inside of each.

The tasting room was just as Majestic on the inside, stone everywhere, a very large tasting bar, plenty of space to shop and relax, a stone fireplace and a fun staff to boot! Lois, our tasting room host, lead us through the tasting in”Majestic” fashion (in other words, she did a great job!) and we got to spend a fair amount of time with one of the owners, Billie. As we were enjoying the outside landscape we were joined by Billie who gave us a personal tour of their beautiful Chateau.

This vineyard & winery is definitely worth a visit and, if you have need of lodging, would be a wonderful place to lay your head!
