Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 02, 2024We had to come back to the Phoenix area for generator work and needed to wait a few days for our appointment.. The dealer is located on the west side of town so this park was very convenient location wise. The park is very large and seems to really cater to the snowbird crowd. Lots of organized activities and an active community based on the information we saw when checking in.
The roads are paved and maneuvering thru the park is easy for any size rig. The sites are gravel and very, very close together. We were in a pull thru that was plenty long enough but we were very close to our neighbors on both sides. Like see in their windows close!
The park was very clean and the staff was friendly. The price reflects a Good Sam discount.
It's not our preference to stay in this type of park normally but it worked for what we needed this trip.

Very nice 55+ RV park web golf. A little close proximity to neighbor campers but we were all by ourselves. Very clean.

Found this spot online to stay at for a month of spring training. The sites are big and clean, the common area was nice where the laundry and pool area was. It is mostly rv sites but they are trying to make it into a mobile home park - 55+ rate was $575 plus electric. Nothing else in the area this cheap. 1 mile to Target and 2 miles to Frys grocery. Town of Goodyear is a short ride up the road. No real complaints just had some noise issues but cant blame that on park - and had decent verizon 2 bars. The paid wifi was not working for me, too much interference but was told they were working on upgrading - Was a 25 minute bike ride to Goodyear Stadium - GO TRIBE!

This park was nice enough but not really our cup of tea, as we prefer remote camping in the wilderness. This park is a 55+ community of manufactured homes with an RV park at the very back, and the RV park is basically a giant parking lot with a few trees and a dog run. We didn't use any of the facilities while here, so I can't comment on them. The people we ran into, either staff or residents, were all super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to nearby shopping, although our Ram truck navigation was not able to get us here and we had to use a phone app to navigate.
We did have one minor issue in that the 30amp service at our site, #40, was wired incorrectly - the line and neutral wires are reversed, which our power management device (Hughes Power Watchdog - highly recommended) picked up. I had a 50amp adapter and plugged into that and it was wired just fine. I alerted the staff when checking out that the 30amp service was faulty, so hopefully it gets fixed before it's used again. However, if you wind up in site 40 and need 30amp service, be sure you test it (if possible) before plugging in.
We'd stay here again, as a daughter and grandson live here, but otherwise it didn't knock our socks off.

Needed a spot while hubby was sick and so glad they had 2 nights available and a pull thru! Several RV sections in a nice and active manufactured home community. Our gravel site 29 was in the back and tight (couldn’t open passenger side slide all the way due to tree). FHU, nice reasonably priced laundry, pool/hot tub (didn’t use either), and quiet at night. Even a vehicle wash area that we took advantage of. Our price reflects a 10% Good Sam discount, which basically covered the tax. Would stay here over another “resort” 10 miles away in Buckeye. Easy access off 10.

We stay here when we are starting and finishing our trips. Our RV is stored nearby in Surprise, and found this place to be perfect for us. The park and facilities are spotless, and the staff are very nice.

Easy check in. Pull through site nice but the neighbors sewer hose connection right out our front door was off putting. Nice pool area and library. Keep in mind road and airplane noise is constant

All around very nice +55 CG. We arrived after the office was closed on a Friday afternoon. A resident showed us to our spot, Another resident pointed out where the amenities were. Made us feel like we were a part of the community. Nice folks here. Had to go to a funeral the next morning and office was closed when we returned. Sunday the office was closed. Emailed us an Invoice. Just good Hospitality all the way around. .

Gravel sites with cement patio, somewhat level, very clean. Water pressure is slightly low, but didn’t impact our stay. Friendly neighbors and staff, and there is shopping nearby. There is some highway noise at night, but not bothersome to us. One downside is the 7:30am residents’ gathering at the dog park, with dogs barking non-stop. That was the only negative during our stay. Met some nice residents at the dog park during the day, and felt very welcome. Lots of onsite activities. No obstructions, so Starlink worked without dropping. A good choice, and we would stay again.
