Terrible owners!!! Not nice people!!!
Fair camp site but don't expect courtesy, warmth or help if there's a problem....These are fair weather type friends.
This used to be a KOA, after our visit I can see why KOA expelled them. Unkept facilities and dangerous conditions. How about a live electric extension cord laying in the pool enclosure....over grown grass in a lot of areas and unused equipment looking to cause an accident.
Convenient location but an accident waiting to happen!

Honestly can’t understand the other 2 1-star reviews on here. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was always friendly and eager to help. The bathrooms were clean but we use our own mostly. The view of the hoodoos behind the camp and the gorgeous horses were both amazing parts of our stay. It’s a little odd they our row of sites are “drive in” instead of back in but it was fine. We parked our Jeep next to our rig. So much grass and close enough to national parks and towns to do lots each day. Would absolutely come here again!

I don't understand all of the 2 star ratings on here, the campground is in the middle of Zion and Bryce National park with nice views of hoodoos and horses on site that enjoyed being pet and fed. Small dog run and very nice bathrooms. One thing we didn't expect is even though they have free wifi we had absolutely no service. I have Verizon, which I was told is the worst cell phone carrier to have in the area, however it didn't bother me, it was nice being unplugged from the phone for a few days. My husband has sprint and he was able to get 3G service. That being said, make sure to have your Zion tickets booked ahead of time! :) We had site 49, pull through site with full hookups and it worked well. Sites are pretty close together but have been to campgrounds where other campers and trees are much closer and it was easy for us to pull into this site. Staff was friendly. Lastly, this was the only campground on our 2 week trip that allowed campfires and that was definitely a plus for me!!

This is a great RV Park. We're not those who stay in a park - we drop our rig and then explore the area. That being said, this park is perfect. Almost every site is a pull thru with full hook-up. The also have WiFi. There is no Verizon cell service.
My daughter loves horses and was able to pet and feed the horses in the pasture on site - literally next to our site (#44). She said this was the best camp site EVER! (she loves horses).
Christi was super helpful and friendly. She let us stay AFTER the park had been closed for the winter. There were three total spots that folks stayed in beyond October 14th (the winter closing date).
THANK YOU CHRISTI!
Being objective, there was a bit of road noise, but that was expected and no big deal for us. Also, the dumpster service runs at 6am on Fridays. Again, no big deal for us, we wanted to be up early anyway.

We pulled in to Bryce/Zion campground after an extended boon-dock hoping to dump and get water.
The person in the office stated that they usually only provide that service for guests, but they weren’t so busy that it would interfere with their operation so go ahead and dump. When I asked the price, she waived any fee ! (we did make a small donation). This action proves there’s still good people and good business practices out there.

Overall, good stay. Staff is super friendly. Hook ups worked great. There was a pasture with horses right next to the campground, which is fun and unique! Wasn’t too busy during the week. They have a market with books and DVDs to borrow (free I believe)
Negatives: very primitive WiFi. Enough to surf the web, but not strong enough to stream. But they have a ton of DVDs you can borrow. The site could use a little more law maintenance. It’s a true campground feel rather than a nice RV park. Ants everywhere. My leg was covered in ate after about a minute. Road noise is real, but not bothersome for us. And our fire pit ring was disfunctional.
Wouldn’t be my first choice but I’d have no issue staying here again.

Good shade and lots of grass. Electric seems to have been upgraded recently, but water spigots are a bit dodgy. Ours (37)was bent so close to the ground that it was difficult to attach the hose.
Otherwise location midway between Zion and Bryce worked for us

This is a KOA converted to a local owned campground. Bathrooms clean, but the shower curtain separating the shower from the dressing area is a little short and no matter what you do, so water hits the dressing area when you get in. But the floor is clean so not all bad. Friendly staff and well stocked store. We stayed in sight 57 and it took all 10 of the plastic blocks to get our class b close to level. I saw most others has leveling equipment too. Fire pits need maintenance, picnic tables in good shape, just no level spot/pad for them to sit. AT&T has decent connection, but Verizon is almost nonexistent. This is midway between the 2 national parks which was great & kept us from changing campgrounds to experience both. We didn’t use the pool and they do have a walk up restaurant that serves dinner only with outdoor seating that we didn’t use. It has a beautiful view and a horses in the pasture nearby. No road noise from our site which was also nice. Would stay here again but ask for a more level site.

Booked online based on reviews from Compendium. We booked (63 bucks with AAA discount) a "Long" pull through site with 50/30/20, water and sewer. When we got there, was told by the lady behind the counter that they didn't have a 50 amp site with full hookups, only 30 amp. When I mentioned the website showing 50/30/20 she stated that meant the site might have 50 or 30 amps...not both. This confused me, doesn't this usually mean all amperages are available and you choose with one fits yourr RV??? Not to mention the sites we tried were no where near level, 10" off at least from front to back. And none of the grass was mowed, looked like it hasn't been cut in a long time. Oh, and when you pull into the site, the power pedestal is just in front of your drivers side door, no where near the RV/Coach. Yeah, it's close to Bryce Canyon, but it's a place we will not be returning to. We left, ate the $63 dollar bill and boodocked about 7 miles back north at Stout Canyon Dispersed should have went there first.
