People at the RV park were very nice. Free WiFi and many pull thoughs. There are quite a few full timers but they are clean and well cared for sites. There are multiple entrances. We parked the rig on the road to check in which we were glad we did since we were 4 entrances down. Flat sites and several dog parks. Did not see a pool or activities area. Easy access off of I35 although a bit confusing as it looks like you are getting on the toll road when you are staying on the frontage road.

Stayed here one night transiting between DFW and Laredo. Awesome lady at the front desk, was able to get the FMCA discount so one night rate was $34. Sites were still quite wet after massive rains but was able to get set up without getting soaked. Water pressure was good and no popper problems. WiFi aces point would give an ip address but never got out to the internet. Place was very full the night of 9 May 19.

This is a big park but packed in tight compared to other parks we have stayed in. Our daughter got an infected bite so our one night Cracker Barrel stay in Round Rock suddenly turned into a week stay here in Georgetown to stay close to medical just incase it got worse. It didn’t and she was fine just 72hrs later!
Anyways, most people here have been here 3+ years, but they were kind and welcoming. No other kids around. Dog area was clean, laundry was great - $1.50 wash $1.50 dry by quarters. Office is run by a sweet mom and daughter who graciously took us in without hesitation.
Only downside is the fire ants. They are prolific and my husband got bit most days. I am allergic so I was extremely cautious going from the RV to the truck and didn’t hang outside much.
They are close to everything, dorper sheep farm next door, quiet area.

We stayed here just for a quick overnight close to Austin. The park was perfect for that—easy on and off I-35. Although it was close to the interstate, there was very little road noise. The shower suites were excellent—clean and spacious. The real bonus was the adjacent Berry Springs Park. We walked around enjoying the blooming wildflowers, the ponds, and natural springs. There were many walking trails, picnic spots, and even a playground for the kids!

I called at 11:15pm on a Friday night looking for a place to pull over and rest for the evening with my RV - and Cheryl answered the call and told me that she had just the spot for me and to not worry and come in whenI get up in the morning to pay. That might not mean a lot to most, but to me it meant the world because I was already exhausted from working all day and then trying to drive back to Dallas from STX with only getting 3 hours of sleep the previous night. Thank you Cheryl!

this place is as mediocre as the owners and management that run the park. the Wi Fi has not worked properly ever (we have been here for a long time) despite repeated assurances that "they are working on it" nothing has ever been done to solve the problem. it's currently 645am and I cannot log in to check email. The front office staff keep a small, yappy dog in the office at all times. the dog barks at EVERY SINGLE person that enters the office but the lady who owns it never stops the dog from barking. it even nipped at my hand when I tried to pet it in an effort to calm the dog. Speaking of dogs... the park does nothing to enforce dog owners to pick up after their dog so there are often piles of dog poop on the path or sidewalks. there has been broken glass in the road on our loop for 4 weeks. The park is never "cleaned" and rarely mowed and maintained. the waste basket in the dog park is ALWAYS over flowing with bags of dog poop. it is indicative of the staff and management of this park. Mediocre and sub par seem to be the business goal of this park. those with positive reviews haven't been here long enough to see the real park. bottom line...go up the road a bit or down the road a way and stay at any other RV park in the area.
Located on a low traffic road far enough away from I-35 to barely hear the traffic, yet 3 minutes and you are on the highway.
Restrooms, showers, rec room and grounds are well kept. This park is about access to other places. If you like walking and/or riding (bike) nature trails you are going to love this place. An entrance to Berry Springs Park and Preserve is directly across the road from the RV park. There are miles and miles, and more miles, of walking/riding paths in Berry Springs Park.
We are here in March. As far as I know nothing big going on but the RV park appears to be nearly full (a lot of full timers and residents). I'd advise advance reservations or call ahead at the very least. There is no shade at the sites, so that might prove uncomfortable on those long Texas summer days.
This RV Park is about convenient/easy access to points of interest (and there are many). We will definitely be back when we need to spend a few days in the area... can't wait.
For what this park is, it earns a 3+ in my book.
