Gatlinburg’s trolley system is the fifth largest mass transit system in the state of Tennessee. The trolley system was established in 1980 with a fleet of only six trolleys. Gatlinburg now has 20 trolleys servicing approximately 50 miles in and around Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. The City of Gatlinburg has adopted a Limited English Proficiency (LEP) plan to help make our trolley service more accessible to riders whose primary language is Spanish.

Just board one of the 20 trolleys anywhere you see the Street Trolley sign and take a ride on one of the seven different routes for as little as fifty cents a ride.
