Ratings Summary
If you want concrete paved pull throughs near the Interstate, this is not it.
Well kept campground. Gravel roads, plenty of spaces. Plenty of room for privacy. There are deer, guinea hens, and peacocks roaming around the place. The guinea hens fly up into the trees and serenade around sunset, then call it a night. Number of large trees to find shade.
There is a spring and small pond about 500 ft from the RV parking area, nice on a hot day. Spaces aren't exactly defined so you can bunch up if camping with friends. Fair amount of room to hike on the property. Didn't try crossing any fences.
Managers were friendly. Location is far from major highway, but it's worth the trip. Very scenic route, lots of curves. Large vehicles can make it ok, just not as much fun.
