Eat Cetera opened in 2007 as a gourmet restaurant making sandwiches, soups, salads, panini and using top quality ingredients from the best Houston restaurant purveyors. Aside from creating wide ranging, intensely delicious, and healthy menu, the owner and chef, Andrea Hunting, a native of Germany, is also a European-trained nutritionist and beer expert.
